After reading the comments and finding how many of your other fans are sleeping on Nagatoro, I was disappointed. I mean the inventor of smug-egao needs to be recognized. Thankfully they aren't sleeping on your Kickstarter. I bet it will hit it's goal shortly.
My wife wanted to get me physical copies of your recipes this past Christmas but you only had digital then. We just backed the Kickstarter and stoked to get physical books now!
Yo just wanted to say that you really nailed it with this video. The new setup, the editing, the humor, and of course the food. It all really came together with this one. I know as content creators the imposter syndrome can be hella real, don't listen to it, keep crushing it dude.
Thanks man, I really appreciate it. I'm trying to spend more time on the production and edit to get the overall feel that I want for the videos going into the future.
@@CHEFPKR The effort is definitely worth it. Working in film, we learned that every second in the edit shows up on screen, and more production gives you more options while spending those seconds (like the multi-camera, nice professional touch). You're definitely on the right track and I can't wait to see what you do next!
Love the new place chef. I will always miss the tiny kitchen of yesterday, but I’m happy you’re moving up into a place deserving of your talent, skill, and experience. Two questions: Who is the Anime RUclipsr you would love to discuss food with the most? And who is the Food RUclipsr you would love to discuss anime with the most?
Literally been watching your food wars reactions since I'm watching Food Wars rn, and I've been making a ton of Yakisoba. This came it just at the right time
2 Garlic tips: 1) you could also crush them a little but with the knife putting the blade sideway and pressing to peel, doesn't work if you want them to necessarily made them into slices but to mince is just ok. 2) if you want the flavor of garlic but don't really want the sharpness and lower the smell and for some people even to make them easy to digest, remove the kind of sprout that is inside of it, if you cut it lengthwise you will easily see it as a kind of sprout sometimes it's even a little greenish and it comes right out.
Since I was stuck in the house with the Rona and I had some noodles, I decided to use this method to prepare it. Can say that it was easily the best fried noodles I ever made. Went a little too long and dried out the sauce though, so that's something to improve on next time.
First Erina Sama as the waifu tsundere and now nagatoro as the waifu with touches of tsundere and a tbsp of teasingness and decorated with tan skin..... The perfect recipe for love uwu. And of course I've been watching nagatoro and your channel chef they're basically the same thing in terms of teasing lol because you tease us with your good looking...... Food.... And you..... And the food..... And you but definitely the food lol
ChefPK I love your kitchen, it looks so cool and spacious, a very interesting recipe, thanks for sharing, have a nice day, Thank you for teaching us how to peel the garlic faster
Hey chef, a long time sub here, it's the first time I comment one of your videos but I need to tell you this from the bottom of my cocoro; Thank you, Thank you because you made me try cooking not for need but for fun, thank you for having helped me become the official chef of my Boiz (some of them had even saved my contact as Chef kek), thank you for keeping me on the edge of the seat with those recipes since I couldn't cook anymore since the pandemic due to various reasons. Really, trully, thanks man. Sorry for the poor English, I'm italian and didn't practiced it in a while 😂😂
This looks absolutely delicious, Chef! Never too much garlic, for sure; we had too many heads sitting around and getting old recently, so I made roasted garlic and a garlic/shallot/chili oil with the scraps from trimming them, over the weekend. I actually haven't watched Nagatoro yet, but only because I don't watch much anime, sadly; I have read most of it, though, and it's shockingly good. Nanashi has a surprising gift for romance, given what else they've done; Nagatoro is legit one of the sweetest series I've ever read.
I haven't ever watched Nagatoro, but I definitely will after this video! I love your face paced style, it really makes the videos interesting, and I love love to get one of your books!
I've started watching you for Souma reactions, but since then I"ve been following the recipes, helping a lot with understanding of how cooking works and what will go with what, also the "I know how to cook" card really works, and my GF is really happy when I make stuff in the kitchen, thanks for awesome videos and for a chance to learn
Congrats on the new place! Looks awesome! Gonna miss you walking off through that curtain you had in the old kitchen though. I have Nagatoro on my watchlist but I'm waiting until I can binge the entire thing. I hate waiting to continue a story.
Yakisoba, absolute favorite. My family won't touch State-side stuff. Only if I cook it from what I learned from a Japanese couple I worked for. So GOOD!
As someone who discovered a love of cooking through your channel, and Food Wars, and Gordon Ramsay, I just wanted to say thanks. I think your Kickstarter was the fastest back of my life lol, can't wait to get my hands on it!
Loving the look of the new kitchen! Glad to see the progress that you've been making and as you had asked, I am currently watching Nagatoro, definitely is a nice change of pace from what I have been watching lately.
Found your channel not too long ago and really been loving the content! New set up looks amazing, and yes, of course I've been watching Nagatoro. Was so hyped when they announced it after reading the manga! Damn adorable show.
It looks like a really fun show, I'm looking forward to watching some (un)wholesome tsundere action! What I'm looking forward to more is supporting the kickstarter and seeing your recipe manga on my shelf!
Great video also congrats on the new place it looks awesome and you have a lot more space now for some cooking shenanigans. Nice Star Wars magnets on the fridge too!
Beautiful kitchen Chef! I'll be sure to make this Yakisoba after I'm done with my current grocery supplies and need to refresh the pantry. Tonight I'm making a slow-cooker beef chili with bell-peppers and homemade guacamole. It's an old comfort dish for me, but I still enjoy putting it together.
So I made the Yakisoba. It turned out really well! I didn't have mushrooms, sadly, so I added in some chicken thighs cut into tiny strips and sauteed it with the garlic oil and some black pepper. It came out really well and added flavor that seeped into the veggies really nicely. My local Yakisoba came apart more than yours, but it wasn't bad.

Can you make Exam Taker Apple Pie(Szarlotka).
My wife wanted to get me physical copies of your recipes this past Christmas but you only had digital then. We just backed the Kickstarter and stoked to get physical books now!
I missed the kickstarter can i still get a copy of your books?

Nice kitchen. I like the counter top. Also, who else is looking forward to summer and shaved ice?
Shaved ice for SUUUURRREEEE
My family buying lots of meat. Looks like I'm on smoke and grill duty this summer.

Thank you! Lots of memories there for sure, it's where it all started.
1.) Aki
2.) Babish and why he's afraid of it.
I love that you put in that Chris Broad joke in there
This show has entered the second arc even without the three-years timeskip.
Which episode is that scene from?

Nice new kitchen man,
I love Yakisoba and garlic is pretty good too.

I will start this anime tonight. Now send me a book please. 🥺

Having only ever had instant yakisoba, I can only imagine how divine this tastes.
Since I was stuck in the house with the Rona and I had some noodles, I decided to use this method to prepare it. Can say that it was easily the best fried noodles I ever made. Went a little too long and dried out the sauce though, so that's something to improve on next time.

I must admit, this is a Kitchen That I am really jealous. You got space, counters, a big frige, a lots of cupboard and drawers. Jackpot!!
The new tiny kitchen utensil that rivals the tiny whisk: the TINY SPOON

Literally my favorite foodtuber. Love the new kitchen and I’m definitely gonna try this recipe out. A Yakisoba a day keeps the Nagatoro away 😳
