  • The Sutter Farm is 160 acres located 1.5 miles east of Bloomington, on Ft. Jesse Rd. in McLean County, Illinois. This family farm has roots of ownership back to the Fell Family, which was one of the founders of Normal, Illinois. The Sutters have owned it since 1934 and have worked to maintain the barn and other outbuildings as well as the home located on the property. It has prime Ipava, Sable and Catlin soils. The 5 year corn average is 245 and the 5 year soybean average is 68 bushels/acre. The farm is priced at $11,200 per acre.
