The original one flaked on me so bad that I even got the waterproof and it was the same but worst on top of that it was hard to remove and just super terrible, but the loreal one has not flaked on me one bit!

the better than sex for me took so long to dry and always smudged and flaked and i just got the loreal one so im hoping it'll be as good as everyone says

I did the same test and I really like the L'Oréal one I have pretty long lashes and it made them look super full the too faced one is really good too but I'm fine with the L'Oréal instead of spending like 23 dollars

I wouldn't say I do.... I never insinuated that was the case..... it's NEVER occurred to me to do more than one coat. I curl my lashes do one coat and then that's them done.
Too faced is awesome but honestly is a major miss because of all the flaking!! Idk why people don't talk more about the Loreal voluminous line. My favorite is Loreal voluminous extra collagen mascara!! 😍
Yasmin Ramirez oh I know, honestly no one ever talks about the quality of drugstore mascara! Personally I think it is better since there is no fall out or flakes like the high end gives me by the end of the day.
I actually thought two coats of the L'Oreal one was perfect comparison with one coat of the too faced but it is personal preference. great video Amy I'm going have to try the L'Oreal one cause I've been using Maybelline for years and love it. I have long lashes so I never felt the need to buy $23+ mascara because you have to replace mascara like every 3 months

i know. it's so expensive but i'd rather spend my money on the lancome mascara that i know is the bomb, than to try different drugstore mascaras trying to find a cheaper alternative and end up not loving them.. like if i add all that money up, i could have just bought the lancome one to begin with
Yeah exactly!! It's so good I don't even mess around with it now cause I don't think I'll find anything better! Very rarely try new mascaras! The Make up forever newer one (can't remember what it's called right now lol) and the YSL the shock are up there though if you do ever feel like mixing it up!

I love the Loreal Lash Paradise. I usually do 2 coats. 3 coats starts getting a little clumpy. I hope they come out with a waterproof version.

Foreal though, she literally looked down way more than she actually looked at the camera. Couldn't even tell the difference in the mascaras because she was only showing the top of her eyelashes from looking down so much.

I love the L'Oréal one. I have pretty long lashes so I feel like I'm not too picky, like as long as they don't clump up they look ok, but this is one of the best mascaras I've tried
I just got that mascara and it's so much better than the two faced and it's makes my lashes longer. It's my new favorite(: the too faced mascara, I had had that and I hated it. I had no understanding why people loved it. It did nothing for me and I threw it out awhile ago. The loreal is soo much better!!

The L'Oréal one is my new favorite and I already have a backup ..haven't tried the too faced one but I see a lot of people saying that it flakes , I personally like to replace my Mascara every two to three months so this cheaper L'Oréal

Thank you so much for this review!! When I first saw the L'Oréal one, I immediately thought of the Toofaced one and honestly, other than the pretty packaging..I wasn't impressed. I have been trying to love the toofaced one for a long time and I just can't get into it. For me, I found it flaky and almost a bit dry. I also prefer a thinner wand with smaller bristles.
I also agree with high end mascaras, I don't find them to be worth all the hype. The only one I do love is the Lights Camera Splashes one from Tarte. That is a fav

Love the initial result from Too Faced, as opposed to the more thick, spidery look I get from Loreal. But the BTS one flakes with 2 coats or by the end of the day :/
I also have to use deluxe sizes because I have suuuper small eyes. Wish loreal had a $5 small size xD

I HATED the Two Faced mascara when I got it originally. I have thick and curly lashes. A lot of people's Lashes drop straight out while mine curl up on their own. So when I tried the Better then Sex at first, it was horrible. My lashes clumped and looked spidery with one coat. So I put it away for a while and after a month or so the formula got drier and it made the world of difference. Idk maybe it's just my lashes but I cannot do super wet formulas like that one. They have to get dry first lol. Regardless though, I always prefer Cruelty free brands over ones that test on animals❤️
One thing to remember I'm not sure if it true for all people but for most one eye naturally has thicker and slightly longer lashes so it's kinda a little hard to compare it equally

Rimmel has the eye awakening or eye lifting I think it's called mascara and the wand literally looks like the better than sex mascara. And it has a cucumber scent which is amazing 😍

This couldn't have came at a better time. I'm literally on the last straw of my mascara and need to repurchase another one. I'm def going to purchase the L'Oréal one, love the packaging. The too faced mascara I just can't justify spending that amount of money on a mascara. Specially since I wear mascara every day, I would be going through the tube way too fast.

I agree with your review. I use both mascaras and definitely find that loreal "paradise" is good for everyday use, like running errands and or even to the gym. It separates lashes nicely but it is not black (definitely not "Blackest Black" as it's called), just darkens lashes a little bit to give more of a natural look. I have always loved "Better than sex" and think that it gives my lashes a great look with immediate blackness, great for work and for special occasions. As it smudges a bit, I cover it with one coat of Benefit "They're Real" mascara and it does not smudge anymore. I may or may not repurchase "Paradise", it's just like many other low-end mascaras, with a good definition but not much of a colour. Not worth the hype!
I only ever do one coat of mascara lol. And I LOVE the loreal one so much more than the Too Faced because I can't get the Too Faced one to not make a mess on my eyes 😬
I honestly feel L'Oréal has had the BEST mascaras in the beauty industry for yearrrsss and it seems as though they hit it out the park once again. I loveeee the too faced one but I can't wait to get my hands on the L'Oréal one!

I'm going out to buy the Loreal one. It looks better personally the lashes look nicer and more defined individually. Wow might just be a coincidence but the price is on point. $20 instead of $40.
Also love lash paradise. But have you tried.....and it's an older one loreal extra volume with collegan. It's the plain black tube. It's my fav. Love lash paradise too. But less fall out with the other.
