I have grown to dislike this practice approach and constantly fight myself to avoid making the same mistake again. This type looks ok and feels just fine, and energy is ok yet, yet that is not a reliable and most efficient way to hone your skills. Most of the time coaches lose focus trying something for many different reasons, that is what I did and might do in the future but way less. :) I need measurable results.
