Introduction to PromethION24 and how to use it for RNA cDNA-PCR sequencing

PromethION flow cells is a powerful flow cell by Oxford Nanopore for RNA/DNA sequencing. It has much higher number of pores (max 12,000) compared to minION (max 2200). This video gives a quiick overview of the PromethION24 system that can hold upto 24 flow cells at a time and thus 24 samples can be run all at the same time.
