Yeah, this one really crushed me. I watched it for the first time just before her "Your Blood" music video premiered, and even while watching that music video, I couldn't stop thinking about this performance, including the speech at the beginning. And I'm very familiar with the song, having seen her perform it many times, but never like this.
I'm not sure if you're familiar with the original, but she changed up some of the lyrics for this occasion, and that only made it hit harder. It gave those new lyrics extra meaning, because they weren't about something abstract, but about something very real and tangible that's happening right now.

Wonderful Woman. She sees the world so very differently but such wisdom in her words. To then reinterpret her song in this way, stunning.
it's not well rehearsed but the message is so important. she also changed the lyrics of the song a bit to fit for the event. i've checked your uploads, that's the first time you listened to this song. try the vevo acappella or the nidarosdomen version for perfection.
I think for this occasion it's better that it was more raw and not so rehearsed. It adds authenticity to the message.
But you're right, those other two versions are must-see for anyone who likes Aurora.
The backup singers was not a good match to aurora at all😅
@@mariafoslihansen7801 for me it was the bass player who stood out. but with this rendition it was reason which is outstanding. and the changed lyrics matched it so well. it is also important to have her translated introduction to the song.

Yes absolutely ! This was quite flimsy and unrehearsed but I guess the message of it was the important thing here !
I dont think Aurora was imagining a beatiful catedral lik Nidarosdomen when she was singing this this time - more the terrible pictures of bleading babies on Gaza
