When I print on fabric I soak it first in a liquid called Bubble Jet Set 2000. What it does is prepare the fabric for printing so that the ink doesn't run and is permanent. You cut a piece of freezer paper and iron the piece of fabric to the waxy side and trim it down to the same size your printing paper is. You just print according to the printer you have. I love the way it comes out. You can also buy the freezer paper in the same size as printer paper.
Hi you! It was a ton of work, but I put them ALL in ONE place, (additional tips and tricks included) the cheapest and prettiest fall DIYS I've ever made! New Halloween video coming out on Tuesday! Happy humble crafting! xox😘
Holly your voice is so sweet and gentle I'm telling you if you did an ASMR Video of reading a book....or shirt books your fans and subscribers would go nuts!!!!! We love you Holly...and thank you so much 💖💗
Wow, thank you! I will genuinely consider this. I personally love the sound of crafting without any voice, so I’m sometimes tempted to not speak in my vids lol. 🎈❤️
I’ve thought that she’d make an incredible reader for audible books as well. Truly Holly, you’ve got an amazing, gentle, soft, relaxing voice lady! I often turn your mega-videos on at night n listen until I fall asleep. 😊 Thank you for that! These days I need all the help I can get going to n staying asleep. 🤷♀️ 😊💜
Thank you so much, for thinking about your International subscribers, who are devoid of Dollar Tree stores. I love all of your amazing Autumn idea's, I will be trying to give them all a go. I make Pumpkins out of cheap coloured socks, stuff them with fill, add a stem out of a small branch & tie twine, leather shoe laces, etc to make the ribs.😊❤
You are so welcome and bet those pumpkins were so cute! I forgot to add my toilet paper roll pumpkins into this video! I was the first one to do those on RUclips and it’s a great idea because you can use the toilet paper after the season is over. If you’re interested, I can give you the video link. You can also find examples of it on Pinterest. All you need is some fabric! 😊❤️
Holly your are a dear lady and what fun it is to watch all these clever crafts. by the way, my husband and I were both 16 when we got married and it’s been 52 years🥰
Holly, I love your projects. I get such great ideas from watching your videos, because sometimes when I try to come up with a crafty idea, my mind draws a blank.
I love your projects and tips for free materials. I also love your narrating, your voice is relaxing and because you're not trying to be too cutsie, you're not annoying. Great video.
I really appreciate your precious voice . I just can't tell you how depressed I am. I just cry just listening to your voice. You sound so unbelievable nice and I really appreciate your beautiful crafts. I can't tell you a little bit about myself. I loved to do crafts but I am turning 70 on the 26th of September and I did everything. But now I am full of rumatoial arthritis and as far as my fingers on my left hand is really bad and I was a Pedeactrick NURSE for 30 some years and I loved everything about kids, babies, Adolescents. They were unbelievable and I can't tell you what you encounter in some cases. Till this day I think about it. I worked for a DOCTOR who was my best friend and she was a person you only encounter once in your life time. I truly love that lady. But I was payed under the table, she wanted that way but I can't believe what I did to myself when it was time to go on Social Security. My mother told me I was going to be sorry, she told me me so many times but like I said I loved that lady and I couldn't ask her to change anything. But now I am suffering all ways, from the loss of my home and my car and I couldn't believe I why people go live under a bridge. I really think they live better than me. I am sorry for going on but I don't sleep and I cry myself to sleep if I get any so. That's why I'm enjoying your beautiful voice because it's hard or. Stuck on themselves. Lol. But THANK YOU FOR BEING SO KIND AND SO MUCH LOVE IN YOUR VOICE AND YOUR PROJECTS ARE UNBELIEVABLE. I PRAY EVERY DAY THAT I GET MY LIFE BACK AND MY BODY. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR YOUR AMAZING WORK. 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
Oh dear I’m so sorry! I read Social Security might not even be there because our government has spent it! I don’t think anyone can count on that anymore and it’s disgusting that people who are disabled aren’t given generous paychecks like $4000 monthly so they can live without crying themselves to sleep! I don’t know if this will cheer you up or not but I stumbled on this video yesterday while watching Hallmark movies of all things! it suddenly started to automatically play. I think you should put yourself on a waiting list for one of these homes. At least someone out there is trying to help people ruclips.net/video/iksHlqulf4I/видео.htmlsi=KGCZ7_oLeKvwqNmW
Of ALL the DIY'ers out there, and I feel like I've viewed every one at least once, YOU and Glue Guns & Roses are my absolute favorites! Both of you ladies' raw talent is unparalleled. Your genuine and gentle personality is so soothing. I actually turn on your videos when I need to de-stress and decompress. Thank you for being you and sharing your talent with us here in RUclips land. God bless you Holly.
Oh Megan was my absolute favorite to watch in 2019 before I started RUclips and it was she that inspired me to start my channel, so big thank you! She is also one of the few that is genuine & nice behind the scenes! She’s a good person ❤️😁😘💋🥰
Holly, besides having such a sweet nature, you are also a very giving person. I want to thank you for all the valuable tips you give us during your videos, for your homemade chalk paint, all your faux this & that's, and the free printables. I just got my 1st colored ink jet printer, and I can't wait to download & print to tissue all your creations & finds. There are so many projects on this one video alone that I admire & think are gorgeous that I'll have to squeeze in Christmas DIYS later. Thank you again!
Hi Holly, beautiful DIY projects. I especially loved the candle jar pumpkin, the faux wood pumpkins, the Fall dice, the rings pumpkin, the sweet owl, and everything!! Thank you for sharing your ideas and talents with us. 🥰
Holly it’s always refreshing to watch you crafting you’re so talented and imaginative brings joy to my heart 💜 thank you for sharing I loved every one of your pumpkins 💗💗💗
Just discovered your channel two days ago. So tonight while watching - in Ireland btw, I cut two pumpkins out of a pizza box, covered them with old scrapbook paper I had lying around, found a silver pipe cleaner that the kitties were playing with (sorry kitties), bits of lace and hessian from my nieces wedding invitation that I dismantled ages ago and they look fab, scraps of fabric and brown paper from packaging. While gathering up the bits for that I found two sheets of gold glitter foam so I just cut 10 pumpkins out of that to make a garland. Thanks for the inspo and for motivating me to do some crafting again. I really needed that. I used to craft years ago and had a nice little side hustle making wedding invitations. Then my mam died suddenly in 2006 and I lost the heart to create anything. It felt really good and I'm thrilled to bits when I walk into the living room and see the pizza box pumpkins with the heart embossed paper on it. Cheers. Happy fall y'all.
Aww, awesome comment! Can you please post that under dimensions to my Facebook page? I would love to see it. Truly! Tfs ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Ireland and her peeps 🇮🇪
You are very good at what you do. I also married young and had four children, so I also benefited from having to be creative. Although, your creativeness is most beautiful.

Hi Sweet Holly, I have been following you from your very early days. I remember all these DIY projects and still display many of them. But my all time favorite is the apple baskets you made, one of mine looks like a barrel lol I love them both!!!! You are such a joy to watch I also made several of the tea cans with cardboard lids!!! Blessings my friend~~
I've been watching you a long time, and you always inspire me with your creativity. Love these, and some are really versatile. The scarecrow could easily become a jack-o-lantern by painting it differently and using a triangle of wood for a witch hat. 🎃🐈⬛🧡
Really like your apple wall hanging. Really like your idea of a pumpkin garland. Was thinking of trying my hand at some kind of sruffed garland. You could create a hundred different things like Christmas trees etc You do a great job Holly! Keep those wise ideas coming
I'm always amazed by your artistic talent. I love these projects. I did copy your process. I made "tags" from pizza boxes and they came out so cute. I also made a milk can put of a jar that originally held cheese puffs and a small old bank that advertised milk/ice cream I LOVE using cardboard and making different shapes. Such a great video, Holly. I t seems like we could be wonderful friends by your thoughts and comments. Thank you so much. I will have to go back a rewatch and pick out what I am going to do.
Hi Holly, I am gradually catching up on your back catalogue of videos. I will search for it. You must be busy enough!. I really enjoy watching you, I love your ethos, of use what's available. Thank you for including us Brits. I'm still green with envy re what's available in your Dollar stores. If only..! 😊❤
Loved apple sign you made! I want to duplicate now! FYI: My local Florida Home Depots from Clearwater to Weeki Wachee do not give away painter wood sticks but charge $2 or more! Many yesrs ago they were free but I heard too many people grabbing 10 at a time so... same with scraps of wood... not free here! Darn! What time of year does Dollar Tree calendars come out? I want that apple pic! You do a great job on videos! Thank you!!❤
Menards does have lumber, but they don't cut it for people like Home Depot does. I could be wrong, but I don't believe they have a free scrap pile or even a low-cost one. They DO have a section in Building Materials of lower cost/lower quality pieces. Basically, stuff that comes in that isn't really saleable, so they put it in those slots. Check around the indoor portion where the plywood and finished wood is for those slots.
I make five pointed stars from the same material. I wanted to send you a picture, but I can't figure out how to send it from my phone. They are three-dimensional and are quite lovely. I buy Pizza pans for mine. I really enjoy your videos.
Yes! That would work! You can softly bake both the apples and orange slices like you do at Christmas time and they will last. I might try to do that so I can show everyone else how to do it. That’s a great idea and it would smell so pretty!
When I print on fabric I soak it first in a liquid called Bubble Jet Set 2000. What it does is prepare the fabric for printing so that the ink doesn't run and is permanent.
Thank you! ❤
Could you make the scarecrow reversible to a snowman?
Yes I think so! That’s a great idea!!!
I make five pointed stars from the same material. I wanted to send you a picture, but I can't figure out how to send it from my phone. They are three-dimensional and are quite lovely. I buy Pizza pans for mine. I really enjoy your videos.
You can send me the photo on Facebook? 💯😃
Yeah might be first. 🤭🤭🤭🤭🤗🤗🤗🤗🔥🔥🔥🔥💯
Thank you Lynette! xox

I really enjoy your crafts!
Thank you!
What about dried fruit rounds like apple slices or oranges to make the pumpkins
like you did with the checkers and shower rings
Yes! That would work! You can softly bake both the apples and orange slices like you do at Christmas time and they will last. I might try to do that so I can show everyone else how to do it. That’s a great idea and it would smell so pretty!
