I have an Epson et-4550, and it solved my problems perfectly. The program she tells you to download is 100% safe as long as you follow everything she says and follow the prompts you see on your computer. Best solution ever!

Just joining in with everyone else, i did a power clean on my et2720, then i get that message about ink pad getting full, did as instructed, and it shows 96% full. my first thought was dang gotta buy a new printer, BIG TIME thank you Young Lady. went thru amazon to get the maintenance kit, ive had my ecotank for 4 years now, never even knew that tank was in there. many many Blessings to you and your info. steve in patterson Louisiana. cant thank you enuf, only thing i can do is subscribe God Bless

The Mac had a bit of an attitude but clicked a few times and it opened and after everything was easy. I really appreciate it. I thought I had to return it ❤

The only thing I did differently was I went to Amazon and purchased Maintenance Box Waste Ink Tank Absorber Pad Sponge for Epson for $9 It was no way I was going to deal with ink being everywhere LOL. I was ready for when the printer stopped working and it did just like you said. I was able to take the old tank out and put the new one in, grab me a code because I had already used the free one. Within 10 minutes I was back up and running. Thanks Again

Thanks for the video great job, however once you wash the pads if you bring them out the pads will drive flattened and they won't cover enough space inside of the case so you should not squeeze the sponges you should just leave them and firmly press on them but not too hard and just leave them overnight, I'm only saying this cuz it happened to me

I washed the pads today. They are drying. Is there a time limit on how long a time to use or keep the code they send? I mean if I get it tonight can it use it tomorrow? Gosh I'm excited to get it put back together. There was a lot of ink in those pads. Sheesh. I'm going to order some pads for my 2760. But they take a couple months to come from China,. That's very much a "how long is a piece of string" kind of question. It depends on how you use it. Counter intuitively perhaps you waste less ink the more regularly you use the printer as the regular printing keeps the nozzles fresh and ink flowing. Less frequent printing, particularly long periods of non-use (read: multiple weeks to months) often result in nozzles starting to dry out and clog so you end up generating a lot of waste ink by running printhead cleans.
I have a ET4800 and have been having issues with my black ink and had to do head cleaning several times before doing a power cleaning and I just got the ⚠️ warning about it nearing the end of its life but my black is still skipping. I don’t use it daily so I am expecting a clog at times. Any help ??

You can rinse the pads out in the sink, like squeeze them and keep doing it until it’s clean. Then let them dry flat and you can reuse them, you may also find them on eBay that’s where I get mine. You’ll type in epson 2750 ink pad.
@@shannonvincent3710 The ET4850 is equipped with a maintenance box with a chip and that takes over from the waste pad holder and internal waste counter shown in this video. So the WICReset won't work with the ET-4850.
I keep have lines thru my pictures and I have all nozzle heads cleaner and still can not stop getting lines my printer is on about 40 days new what else should I do..help
The reason for this is that the reset process requires you to power off the printer immediately after the reset command has been sent to the printer by the WICReset app. If the status monitor or a print job queries the printer before the power button has been pressed the reset command gets dumped from the queue and doesn't complete, wasting the key. So it's a good idea to disable the status monitor temporarily while you complete the reset. You can always turn it back on again later.

Yes... Epson printers don't have a limit to the number of resets the printer can handle. The only real limitation is the physical condition of the printer itself.

I followed your directions and was able to remove the waste pad holder. I tried your suggestion of rinsing out the sponges. Mine were extremely full - completely black. After rinsing for several minutes it seemed like I was getting nowhere so I stopped and decided it wasn't worth it and I would toss them, however I was a bit horrified to see that my hands are now a dark purple/black and it won't wash off! Hopefully it will fade in a few days but I wanted to give other people a heads up that you should wear gloves! When I print with this ink and water hits the page, the ink runs so I assumed it was water soluble, but apparently that is not true when it comes to skin!
double check your ink because normally true sublimation ink rinses off it may lightly stain your hand but it shouldn't, regular ink will stain your hands bad
Nothing. The reset won't work for devices like Smartphones or tablets. You need access to a computer with Windows or MacOS to reset the printer. Once it has been reset though you can connect as normal with your phones/tablets.
Usually it's because the developer is not using something called a certificate to digitally sign the app. There's various reasons for that but that's for another day. The reality is that the app is marked as potentially unsafe as a result. Assuming you wish to continue using it you need to check what your anti-malware security needs you to do to allow the app to be used. That may be clicking on "more info" or temporarily disabling your security app to use it but it is usually possible. If in doubt, contact the reseller for the key you purchased... or find one that actively supports WICReset and ask them.
Hello this error of the ink pad just popped up on my printer, i tried downloading Wic Reset but once i open the download this pops up after "wicreset” cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified." How do i go about that ?
My Microsoft security will not allow be to download the keys that I purchased. Please tell me how to do this. I know you mentioned having virus protection.

That will be from your pop up blocker I think, so if you feel safe to turn it off to download that that’ll be up to you. My mac tried to block it at first.

You should be able to go ahead and put it in just don’t turn your printer off yet, if you feel better waiting I don’t think the codes expire.

Yes, the ET-2800 series is mostly the same design as the ET-2720. The exceptions are the ET-2750-2756 and ET-2850-2856

Good idea to have all electrics turned off and disconnected so you don't short anything out with a screwdriver or similar.
