The actual gold Superman planned by kenner, wasn't a straight repaint though: it was supposed to be vac-metallized, without knee joints and had a different action feature, rising both arms when you squeezed his legs, to mimic a fly-away pose.
Dig the emerald paint job on Kilowog. Said in our review this was probably one of, if not definitely, our favorite overall wave so far. Liked some individual figures from past waves more, but as a whole with the characters and vehicles, this one was fantastic. Great review!
@@superpowersreviews the idea that many lines just stop before finishing. I mean, we never got Blue Devil from the original series, and i doubt we will here. I keep wondering why McFarlane hasn't made Cyborg....that would sell so many units
@@Scotty-Z70 There definitely needs to be a ton of new characters, and you are right, there’s no guarantee we will get them. They have retooled the line quite a bit and have to subsidize it with Batman and Superman repaints. It is surprising they have not delivered Cyborg yet, along with many others. Hopefully, the line is sustainable. The best bet for a character like Blue Devil is to commission one from a customizer is the SP community or paint one of the 3D printed sculpts yourself. I have a painted BD figure from ReproBubbles and it fits in great.
Many of the Walmart stores havent gotten many figures past wave 2 on shelves which is also irritating as a collector. The Walmart near ne still has John Stewart Green Lantern. The newest figure I've seen recently is BatManga, and thats it.

Maybe a GL multi-pack with metallic paint could be done in the future. Metallic Kilowag looks great.

It really is a great figure! the emerald makes it really jump.
Bats is from Batman: The Jiro Kuwata Batmanga from the 1960's, featuring Lord Death Man.
Thanks!
@@superpowersreviews yw. that's the only fig out of this wave i was able to get, thanks to my daughter.
The only ones i'm not a fan of is the Manga Batman and the Gold Superman... the rest are fantastic, though I prefer classic Sinestro.
How do you go about getting the RB Custom figures?

Oh. I thought they had their own site or something. There doesnt appear to be any place to make purchases and I'm not joining Facebook.
Thanks tho.
i kinda want them all. but i fear McFaralne is just going to stop making NEW characters for this line
What is that concern based on?
