This relaxing ambient music is tuned to A=432Hz and is embedded with 7.83Hz binaural beats, a range where theta and alpha brain waves intersect.
Around the Earth, there are roughly 2,000 lightning storms at any given period of time, producing around 50 flashes of lightning every second. Each lightning burst creates electromagnetic waves that begin to circle Earth in the cavity between Earth's surface and the ionosphere. Some of this electrical activity is in the form of standing waves. These waves, if they have just the right wavelength, combine and increase in strength to create a Schumann resonance.

The Schumann resonances are constantly changing but the base atmospheric electromagnetic resonant frequency is 7.83Hz. The audible frequency range for the human ear is between 20Hz and 20,000Hz, so this song uses binaural beats to create an effect of hearing and feeling 7.83Hz.
Many studies also show that the Schumann resonances affect human consciousness. It has shown to affect melatonin, influencing biological functions such as circadian rhythms of life on earth.

I listened to this back when I had covid. Helped keep me calm during those weird anxiety attacks I kept getting.
Hope you're doing well, I got really sick two weeks ago and even though I'm covid negative I'm going through kind of the same experience. Having a weird mental change, weird bouts of anxiety that are driving negative thoughts. It'd be made less if I knew what the trigger was, but because it's seemingly blindsiding me, it's amplifying my worries. Hope you are at peace now, and pray I will be able to be the same soon

I absolutely love this version of Shumann! I have vivid dreams and remember them, so I write them down as it’s meant to assist with your intuition. Some nights I remember over 4-6 different dreams. I wonder how the Schuman Resonance/frequency is effected by the recording and playing it on a laptop or mobile or desktop... each of this devices has their own basic frequency. So my question is for the Mettaverse Music if their "recording" is on 7.8HZ or the video "playing" is on 7.8Hz ... simply I am curios to learn, how we can check the frequency our end as receivers. I am not saying that this resonance video is fake, but just wondering about the real frequency that comes out as an output on different devices..... if we are talking about the benefits of 7.8Hz than this is beneficial if comes only and precisely as a 7.8hz my end…
your speakers or headphones will also change the freq a bit too. im pretty sure there are phone apps that measure/show the freq of sound. i am agnostic so im not sure if it really matters if its off a bit. all i ever get from meditation is just a relaxed body no matter what music i choose.

The schumann frequency isnt audible at all, what most music video creators can do is add some frequencies embedded in the music. You can feel them rushing through your body, but not on your hears
If your mind resonates with the 7.8HZ, then the technical details are irrelevant.

This is the most incredible of all Hz's I've come across and I have 1000's saved. And NVM anyone about the "pinging" it's not at all too dynamic and so does not disrupt or raise hypervigilance; hence, one can soundly fall asleep/meditate still. Perfect balance. All, though perhaps it's subjective of course and so to some with ultra-high states of vigilance perhaps too much. Can't please everyone, ever though ;)

Hello! Something cool! I posted this comment in my Collective Consciousness group on Facebook. Grateful to have found this tonight!
This morning, when I woke up (had to get up because my bladder was going to burst), I said, "Nooo, I don't want to get up!" Threw the blankets over my head and opened my eyes and said, "But, I guess I should get up, my garden won't water itself." I closed my eyes again, and I saw the most vivid flashes of small dainty lights. All of the colors of the rainbow randomly, not in a line or shape. Like the small Bluetooth light when you connect your headphones. They were super small, super fast, and all of them were connected to a golden strand of thread with similar soft white lights. I just smiled and said, "Thank you, for guiding me!"
