I think the founder has a huge role than anyone as he is expert in business strategies and fund raising being partner in Mckinsey. His name is enough to pull investors. Very informative and editing was great
THIS is the way to present on video format. The presenter's speed is 'just right' and his pauseless flow of the narrative, pitch and diction make it a rare finish-viewing-in-ONE-session for me. Keep doing great work @growthx
Hey! Big fan of your content. I noticed something, when defining the customer segments in India you have divided them into Singapore, Poland and Mexico, however according to Blume report, India 1 is further divided into these three segments and not the whole of India. India 1 is Mexico, India 2 is Indonesia and India 3 is Sub Saharan Africa.
Hey Shashwat, thanks for your comment. Yes you are correct - Blume has divided it differently. However, we have taken the theory of Kishore Biyani - who divided India into Singapore, Poland & Mexico.
I normally don't comment, but you guys have done a truly fantastic job. The in-depth detail and analysis work are impressive. Keep up the great work! Faizan from Pakistan
Great insightful video! Btw, Thrasio majorly failed because of their aggressive approach of acquiring one after other without giving each one time to grow and settle up!
Hey Ayush!! While, it’s an evolution of private equity model of acquiring companies. The focus of both models is different. - PE firms focus on providing returns to their investors (limited partners) and making timely exits. - Ecom Rollups focus on maximising revenues by actively executing growth strategies.
@@ayushbothra1180 Ayush I did not get your question the reason is that I am a college student and I do not have knowledge about these subjects. Can you please tell me what subjects I should learn to know about these things. What i should serach on RUclips for these type of concepts and Subjects
Hyped up stories to raise more investment will never be profitable only founders and top level executives are gonna enjoy then dump and move on next trend
Since the anchor is speaking fast, they should have clarity and clean speech. No offences but this is youtube. If you invest in the best Mike, then this is also imp. This comment after consuming many many many of your videos and observing this

Hey, it’s revenue.
It's a private equity firm basically
@growthx, you guys have a lot of spelling mistakes I think. 'Private' was 'Pirvate', 'mensa' is 'mena' (yt video controller label).
