The original song was made way back before the rest of the games were ever thought of, and the lore was not fleshed out quite as much, but given what HAS come out the line "We remember a face like yours" makes a terrifying amount of sense. Michael Afton canonically resembles his dad, William, such that at least one set of animatronics (Sister Location) thought he WAS his dad. I wonder if Scott did that with this song in mind?

Man, I remember when I first got into FNaF in 2016 back when we thought fnaf 4 was going to be the final game and Sister Location came out. Nonetheless, I remember listening to this song by The Living Tombstone and others like it, and I was immediately hooked into the series. After FNaF 6, though, I did stop looking into the series until Security Breach came and laid the kindle for my old obsession, but it was the fnaf movie and that really reignited my love for this series. Made my childhood. 10/10 song. Can't wait for the 10 year anniversary this year 🎉
Id rather run a marathon across earth than having FNaF not exist. I think its safe to say that at least 10% of the world knows about FNaF, and that when it comes out, the FNaF movie may be bigger than Endgame[oh boy, can't wait for the backlash on that]. Also the fact that AP hearted all of those comments shows how much he cares, and for how good his songs are I'm surprised he isn't even at 200k subs.

I absolutely love this cover! What an amazing way to celebrate 8 years of FNAF. Easily the best FNAF song of 2022 or best remix of this song, the vocals are great I love all the small changes here and there, It adds lot's of charm! Speaking of which the visuals are also eye candy each time, it's so smooth and life like and I love all the references! Especially with the ending just like in FNAF 7 with Golden Freddy. I was here when it first was released, I saw the first let’s plays, the games soon to come after it, and so many secrets that soon came out of it. It’s really funny to see how far the game and it’s community has gone. Even now, seeing these songs made for it just, makes me very happy.

Now about FNaF as a whole:
Man... FNaF is 8 years old, I remember hearing about it as a kid back in 2014... and I used to be one to hate on it until I actually start seeing lot of the songs, animations, theories and so much more of what it actually is, more than just the Games. I joined the Fandom in 2016 when FNaF world was the hot news around. It was the fandom that got to me to do lots of things later I would do. Heck, I wouldn't have even seen your stuff as early as 2017 when you were doing animations because of FNaF. It has changed my life quite a bit and I'm not sure if where would I be if I never decided to Join FNAF... and despite the uncertain times for FNaF and SB's mixed Reviews, we can all appreciate we're it all started.

Every time I listen to the original song (and this), I feel like a kid again, watching FNAF videos (gameplays, comic dubs, trailers, etc)! Glad to hear this song again! Happy 8th anniversary to the game that started it all! To the game that made me enjoy the horror games (such as Bendy and the Ink Machine and other horror games that I know about) I love today!
