One thing I ABSOLUTELY love about your videos? How much it is a family affair. When something needs to get done the whole family pitches in and gets it done. These days you see families in the same room, but everyone is on their cell phones, but you guys spend quality time together. I miss those times now that both my parents have passed, and it's just my brother and me.
Hey Cole! Thanks as always for the great videos..... love the entertainment and learning about stuff around your farm. How ever you are able to record and put them together, I won't complain! Just be safe and stay healthy, that's all I ask!
Hi Cole and all the rest of the Cornstar clan! I have fallen in love with your videos. Watching you talk this evening about removing the trees and fences from the different fields. This reminds me of asking my Dad many years ago about the reason for them. He told me that the purpose is actually for winter mostly. The trees and fences act as storm breaks. They help to keep snowdrifts from getting too high and to act as a shield for straight-line winds. Anyway the question is: aren't you worried about not having those storm breaks with removing the trees and fences?
I gotta say being in my thirties you and your family has really made an impression on me, I work in the oilfield and have days where I’m ready to call it quits or just wanna rip my hair out. But watching you guys and how your so positive has impacted me where I’m gonna improve my outlook on things. Your brother and you have incredible work ethics, I’ve seen so many guys come to the oilfield with hopes of making big money but don’t wanna do the hard work. You guys have taught me things I’ll probably never hafta know but hey I like learning new interesting things, keep up the content.

Yep, be so much easier when the fencing is gone and the waterways are cleared, we have neighbor's huge trees always dropping stuff in our driveway, last time a BIG limb I couldn't move but the original owners died and the children rent the house so nobody really cares about these trees and all the stuff they dump. Awe nuts! I’ve been waiting for the planting videos. I’m dying to see that planter in action, never mind the sprayer and your mixing station. Hi Cole and family. i just love ending my days with The Corn-star family. A smile around my face, and hope for a good day tomorrow also. Brest wishes from Jan in Norway
That’s funny I use the same container to hold the old oil at my shop. And I use the cone as a funnel also, however I use the smaller funnel so you don’t have to reach so high up Also the funnel catches the oil filters if they happen to come rolling out of the bucket... love you guys !!!!!
I love the commentary by Daddy CS and I’m impressed with Cooper more everyday. I appreciate all the Momma CS sightings, she is a sweetheart! Cole this was a nice one, the only thing I didn’t see was Anna, what’s up with that Neva? God bless the CS farm and Lord protect us from the pandemic 🙏
I’m on Coopers side with mowing straight. Straight lines and diagonals make a lawn look real nice. Besides math class taught shortest distance between two points is a straight line. So it more efficient to mow straight. 👍🏼
Uh. They never said that in math.. lol. Look up what kind of path airliners make, it isnt straight buddy heh. And you also said, straight lines and diagonals.. those are 2 opposites lol 🤷♂️
@@dertythegrower Well it's impossible to take a straight line around a roundish object like the earth. You need to go in a curve to get on the other side. But when flying a lot of other factors plays a role too, like wind, air traffic, countries you are not allowed to fly over etc.
Cole, we appreciate the daily vids. Understand if planting season causes some delays. Keep them coming. We need to set up a go fund me for mama cornstar's coffee replacement. Lol!!!
Cole you guys should invest in a tree puller for your skid loader. We have one and it's so nice. Makes cleaning small trees and fence out a breeze. We have a rse and they ship free and I have no complaints about ours.. definitely have done something I shouldn't have with it
Hello Cornstar family. Good video once again, I enjoy them a lot. Don't know if you explained earlier what you'll do with all the cleared trees? If not I'd appreciate a short description of that process as it accumulates to a lot of wood laying around at the edges of your fields. If someone else knows and have read/heard this I'd be happy to hear from you as well. I haven't read all the comments on all videos so it might be me who have missed this.Take care and be safe, I look forward to follow another growing season on your farm. Regards from south Sweden
Taking the fence rows out does make the farm look great and work more efficiently, but they do have a purpose. In permaculture they are called an "edge".They provide a habitat for quail and other birds that can help with insect control in the fields, and places for owls and foxes that eat mice that can damage crops. The trees help with erosion control and partner with helpful fungi at their roots. The less we work with nature, the more we depend on expensive and potentially harmful chemicals. My family farms like yours does and I get the push and need for efficiency to make a living. Everything we do affects something else. Sorry for the long comment. Keep the videos coming!
Cole, while old fence lines can be annoying they can also be useful if you don't own the property on each side of them, if that situation occurs you should ALWAYS leave a few old monuments to show indeed where the fence was, it can settle disputes really quick, this comes from first hand experience!!
Cooper and Cole being picky about the little things is great. It means they have some pride in their work.
Momma Cornstar, really like you popping into the videos more lately. It’s a treat!

Hey Nave try driving the combine! Change the oil Nave! etc. etc etc etc etc etc etc!!! Nave is a miraculous young woman whom inspires me daily to always try new things, no matter how intimidating!!! Nave girl, you are the bomb! Thank you for being you!!! And Nave? Also I thank you for witnessing for Jesus. God Bless, you're doing a wonderful job!!!!
No need to worry about an outro just seeing what you do Cole is amazing I am learning a lot about farming just from watching your videos !
Totally digging this new channel I stumbled on! I have a deep appreciation for the people who put food on the nations tables! Keep the videos coming!
I am inspired to clean my yard when I see your episodes. I got a lot of rocks and junk out of my back yard after watching your cleaning episodes.
Love your videos and your family working together, only way to survive! Keep um coming!!!!
Always appreciate all the CS's hard work!! Look forward to next video...
I don’t care who is editing just keep them coming.
Liking the new format which includes your whole family. Looking forward to planting season and have full confidence in Miss Nave’s editing ability. With pulling out all the trees, what are you doing with them? Keep up the good work. 👍
Wow! My ears almost fell off Hahahahaha Good Job Daddy Cornstar! Love the videos no matter who edits them Cole, and if Nave does as great doing that as she does everything else she will be an instant hit - and I'm sure she will. Thanks to everyone at Cornstar Farms for making Isolation more bearable!
Cole you will always get the 👍. Great vids as always, hope it dries out and warms up for planting season . We got 5” of snow Friday night but I live up north by Syracuse. Have a great day and be safe .
Awe nuts! I’ve been waiting for the planting videos. I’m dying to see that planter in action, never mind the sprayer and your mixing station. Up north here in Canada, we’re waiting for it to make up its mind and stop snowing so things dry out a bit and we can get onto the fields. By the way we have or had the largest farm spread for sale, we would love to have you hard working guys up here. Just sayin. Keep the videos coming love them.
Appreciate the videos, in fact, I look forward to them. Thanks to all of you!
Great Cole the videos are cool always love the content daddy corn star getting really good with the camera bless yalll
absolutely love your videos guys. Such a humble family.
The editing was great whoever’s it was!
Anna was there with the laundry.
@@ElizaBeth-ng3pu Yes! On Sunday.
Eliza Beth / I missed it, sorry
Cooper is the BOSS
MommaCS the 70's and 80's had the best tunes! That's all I really listen to!
I can't believe people were complaining about an out. Keep up the hard work. Thank you and your family for what you do!
The wall color and the beautiful wood just POPS!
Cole, we appreciate the daily vids. Understand if planting season causes some delays. Keep them coming. We need to set up a go fund me for mama cornstar's coffee replacement. Lol!!!
rstephe 😂
Loving the extra videos! My son and I look forward to them each day!
Cole you guys should invest in a tree puller for your skid loader. We have one and it's so nice. Makes cleaning small trees and fence out a breeze. We have a rse and they ship free and I have no complaints about ours.. definitely have done something I shouldn't have with it
So excited for planting! Love watching.
I am glad someone can plant, looking very late here, too wet, WET!
I love your videos Cole !!!! Thanks for entertaining us
Hello Cornstar family.
Cornstar's are American "farm craft" role models! Go Cornstar's 🦾
Cole, while old fence lines can be annoying they can also be useful if you don't own the property on each side of them, if that situation occurs you should ALWAYS leave a few old monuments to show indeed where the fence was, it can settle disputes really quick, this comes from first hand experience!!
I just love this family! So encouraging and supportive with a fun sense of humour and am the right amount of ribbing.
Thanks for all the videos 😊 the Cornstar family cheers us up every day!
I look forward to these video's every day now. We are getting spoiled.
You guys pulling out all the trees is why it’s always so windy here in eastern Iowa
I can’t believe planting season is here already, awesome video.
Your explanation of the cons of fencing...well now I understand that song from Oklahoma! "The Farmer and the Cowman" even better!
