Theory time; There is no fifth nightmare. The only way provided by the spell for further progression is via citadels and with this context in mind the decisions made by the sovereigns make a lot more sense as i am not sure the spell can casually create gods. Pet peeve:Sunny should have made a lot more progress than Nephis when it comes to establishing his domain. He has spent a considerable amount of time in shadow gods domain and it is not impossible for him to copy Mordred's homework as their aspects are really similar. He could also speculate this by assuming what the future version of him was true he could assume he was working with a domain to gain supreme like authority.I personally don't believe for a second sunny is not interested in crafting his own memories as a crucial facet of his aspect is weaving an ability that enables him to create weapons and tools that bolster to his versatility. What i wish he did with this is specialized in creating memories with certain enchantments in the heat of battle and that could explain why he is poor.I also wish there was a bit more subtlety when it came to the romance ,cause damn it actually felt like reading a marvel movie. More theories:Sunnies domain involves him dragging his opponents into the shadows where all his attacks deal soul damage. The domain itself is a reflection of his soul sea and thus he is aided by all the slain creatures in his soul sea.Due to the added disadvantage G3 has added with him requiring large volumes of shadow essence to move people using the shadows it could also translate here. This means it can physically appear as a large shadow that enable sunny to attack using shadow manifestation. Anyway, pet peeves and theories aside,i really want to see where this arc is heading and i want to see what G3 is cooking.I really enjoy watching your content so keep doing what you doing
I honestly think Sunny has been building his domain through all his dead, and he sees them all at the citadel in his soul sea, so I also think that if Nephis had a citadel under her control maybe she would see the people she has connected to her there as well, maybe not though idk. Means that sunny wouldn't be behind but probably ahead of Nephis considering he has been killing things since the start.
lol I personally like the romance now because it has already been nuanced enough through these 1,600 chapter😂. I find the cringy moments more funny than anything. Especially Effie saying “he’s right behind me isn’t he” because of how cliche it is lmao.
Yaa the war arc has just started and by the end it going to be one of the most goated fr and the plan sunny has made to trap the sovereign that will be a twist later fr for now well it's going fine
Nah I feel like it makes way more sense for neph to have made more progress than sunny, Nephis has been embodying her domain ever since the forgotten shore while for sunny he never really had that I guess authority, sure he used shadows but he rarely claimed authority over them and overall neph's domain has been a way bigger part of her life so far
What I'm most curious about right now is how Asterion plays into all of this, since it is speculated that he is a sacred because mordret talked freely about his father and Ki Song but was very dodge when it came to anything Aster. Now I wonder where Aster is, what he's planning and the implications his plans will bring with them.
I think cassie planned far ahead to allow for sunny to be a wedge to the sovereigns plans. I don't how but fateless might come in to play on their defeat.
Correct me if im wrong but on the time loop island the Shadow gods domain was just a couple of KMs long in its diameter. But now its almost a hundred KM wide. And the Domains size didn't depend on the size of Sunny's essence pool. (Correct me if I'm wrong) Does that mean Sunny has grown in his insight to ascend to Supremacy. Besides I doubt after 4 Sunny wouldn't have found his own way to ascend.
I personally theorize that there are two different parts of a domain, physical and something related to the persons aspect. For example both sovereigns control a lot of space and also control things through their aspect as valor does through swords, and song does through dead things. I believe sunny is closer in the aspect sort of way because he has an area he is in control of with his shadow domain fragment. While nephis is closer in the physical way because she has “control” over more people. Looking back after writing this it doesn’t really make much sense but I think it has some validity to it lol.
nah nephis domain isn't physical it's about people's desires and passion, so just having citadels isn't really the way for her to become a sovereign or gain strength as one. Everyone's method of being a sovereign is unique to their aspect fr fr.
Can you make a video explaining what happens when you switch pathways in LOTM and also why alista tudor only has Red Priest powers and not Black Emperor anymore after switching
I think Sunny is ahead of Nephis when it comes to the Domain part but Nephis is ahead of Sunny in terms of Transcendent battle art which I think is also required to become an Transcendent. This is also the reason why Sunny wants to see Nephis Battle Art.
Who do you think will reach the level of sovereign first between sunny and nephis? And do you think asterion will get involved during the war in order preserve the 4 divine linages involved in the war?
Hard to say, as we don’t know much about him let alone any of the sovereigns. But I would never count him out, as he seems to be the scariest out of the sovereigns.
I personally think nephis will reach sovereign level first as she already has direction to go in using her longing abilities but sunny mag also end up gaining clues from the shadow domain fragment who knows
Between Sunny and Nephis, my bets are on Nephis as she’s always been ahead of Sunny, and I don’t think it’ll be any different this time around. Good questions!!
for me Asterion ability seems like Adam from LOTM that he'll notice you when you talk about him or saying his name, so as long as he keep being ignored and nobody know him its all save? maybe though unless G3 cooking something entirely different plot for Asterion
Regarding the sovereigns, something that always comes to mind is what the "death" of the broken sword was like, we know from Nephis that "Aster Song Vale" was the cause of his death, but how true is this? Yes It's true. Why did they kill him? And if not, what happened? Also, how much do the sovereigns know about the history and birth of the nightmare spell, as well as the cause of the corruption? I have some theories about Nephis's father, but they are honestly very crazy and the mother is also missing. Personally, I do not believe that the actions of sovereigns are so dark but grayer... with nuances of course, good video by the way PS: Valor also reminded me of Archer with his thousand swords technique jsjsjsjs
The Sovereigns are definitely more nuanced than what Sunny believed them to be initially. If I remember correctly Wake of Ruin was lecturing him on how they’re not some wuxia villains or something along those lines.
I think they killed broken sword because he wanted the to advance the path of ascension, as we know from obel time is not linear when it comes to the spell, so when america got destroyed my theory is that it was either because of sunny or Nephis advancing to sovereign/sacred. 3 level 4 gates showed up in Antarctica where sunny and co went to become saints, that fits doesn't it? It all leads to the idea that you shouldn't advance further because you'll create more nightmare gates which will destroy humanity, so they had to kill broken sword, because doing so would have saved humanity from their perspective.
@@pineguin008 Yes, the sovereigns were the "goodest" people when the nightmare spell appeared... this says a lot about how horrible that time was and even more knowing that Asterion comes from a kind of pro-spell commune
Ok, but why is Shiro Emiya in the thumbnail?
Edit: Wait is it because of the Swords?
I used Archer as the thumbnail cause anvil is basically him bro, vermillion cloak, unlimited bladeworks, and all that.
@@pineguin008 yeah got it I thought it was kinda funny
Gonna pin this for any confused Fate fans 😭

Wdym bro.
The Wid flower idland was huge.
It housed numerous Great Nightmares. You think a few km would suffic for creatures 100s of meters huge?

Would sunny's domain have something to do with shadow god or weaver? Since weavers lineage is to shadow gods lineage as Kendrick is to drake

He has a transcendant battle art, who knows if it's as good as Nephis' but he still does have one
also do you think sunny and nephis will have the same problem as the Sovereigns with the domain clashing
No
given how compatible their aspects are its decently possible their domains overlap, its not the strongest theory but it might work
