Brah, Kempy, I'm from Mudgeeraba as well, and shit definitely ain't country :D I'd say it's just HEAVILY rural, but even then, the punters and dribblers are right, Mudgeeraba is like a 15 minute drive to Burleigh! It's as good as being on the coast. I'd say anywhere beyond Bonogin, and maybe you could get away with calling it the country, but it'd be a pisstake.

I live in Mudgeeraba and it is part of the Gold coast.. kempy obviously lives abit further out than i do, but it's still only maybe 10 minutes to get cbus in Robina and maybe another 10 to the beach.

Just a suggestion Denan. Perhaps, to help with the frustration of Matt's dyoring being quite poor in standard compared to that of the great DYOR Dave, we should give Matt a nickname to give him more incentive to dyor on the pod. Something like Matty Facts comes to mind, or Matty Search with "just Matty it" potentially replacing the "just google it" phrase. Something to think about. Great poddy this week!

Unsure how this is in contention - regardless of “positioning” you don’t play Robert Jennings or Dean Ieremia in the back 5 over Hynes.
Hynes either on the wing, or at centre and Reimis shifts to wing.
Hynes has been a top 10 player in the comp this year - massive loss of they don’t pick him.

Pretty simple what to do with Hynes, and it's going to be the downfall of them if they fail to field their best player this season not even in their 17 but their 13. Just put him to centre and move Reimis Smith to the winger and let Hynes play a roaming role like Manu does at the chooks and Turbo did for the blues. He's played in the middle so he has decent frontline defence, plus he's going to the Sharks to be a half so his frontline defence shouldn't be a concern. And add to the fact that at the moment if you were to point out a weakness in that Melbourne side, it would be that right side defence. Ieremia and Jennings just ain't it, they're defensive liabilities. Look how easy Manly and the Raiders scored tries against them. It's the simple solution and if they fuck it up, I see them choking in their finals for sure.
What about nicho hynes on the wing and playing him as a Joey manu type role?
