To the Eight hater's, try to attempt to take the test for a commercial A licence, and once if you ever pass the test try to drive for five miles in your city and see if you change your way of thinking. It's not the trucks fault if you attempt suicide by pulling in front of them before the light.

rodney perry Not just those with governed trucks but every driver. We may not all have a slow governed truck (I'm governed, but I'm not slow) but we all can feel the pain of getting stuck behind that guy that is governed slow. Our pain is their pain in that instance.

My first fire department had a Kenworth water tender limited to 65. It couldn't even do the speed limit!!! Way under weight, ok to respond 15 over and can't keep up with traffic!!!!

America needs driver and we need them America needs to stayed buy by trucke with out driving or so we won't have any food trucks

Well as a Canadian driver we are governed by law.
Ontario Quebec and one more province I think it's New Brunswick have us governed at 62 mph or 105 kph and anyone who enters these provinces must be governed so what mto is doing is plugging into the computer diagnostics to see if you are actually governed. Other drivers who are not governed like other provinces or Americans say they just sweat bullets passing the coops.
The only way around it is you have to be mechanical fuel injection or a truck that was made in 95 or earlier!
So as I'm sure some of you drivers have seen it creates chaos on the highways now cuz no one wants to loose there speed especially heavy and especially when hauling 4-5 axle wagons !
But liberals say they know what's best for you!
The stats say in Ontario trucks are involved in 20% of accidents . Plus that's not causing them just involved. So for every 1 out of 5 accident a big truck is involved! They have us big trucks limited?? Really??

Emission controlled engines that brake down every 5 minutes speed limiters that that force drivers to crawl at a snails pace can’t the government see how much this is hurting the trucking industry and more importantly the drivers!?
and it hurts the rest of us . too long trips adds to the prices we pay.
I see only one problem with this show, eyes off the road while driving can be dangerous, there are a few times you are looking at the camera and still moving. Otherwise I like your music fun and funny.
+Laurie Knowlton He's looking at the camera so briefly and an experienced driver can do this with no problem. You have to turn your whole head to the right just to see out the right side mirror, and at least he's not chatting on the phone, drinking his coffee, putting on make up, or reading like you see so many driver's do on the road, big trucks, and mostly 4 wheelers (cars).
+Mr. Bob I have been a truck driver for 35 years, it doesn't matter expertise in the moment a driver glances away can be a critical mistake. call me safety anal, but really filming and singing takes the mind away from what is important during a trip. I am not being rude or judgemental, but the moment a driver looks away can be that moment when a life is lost. the FMCSA directs us to pay attention at all times. it is the rule breakers that make the laws tougher on us all. I was not condemning his work I saw times which focus is taken away from the job at hand. I spent a great deal of time in safety, believe me when you're back against the wall and the ceiling is low, you have choices and the rest doesn't matter at the end of the day.
Laurie Knowlton I've been driving Class A for over 40 years there is a difference between a glance that he's doing and being completely distracted. I'm comfortable driving this way and so is he. We are both entitled to our opinion's so I guess we'll leave it at that.
+Laurie Knowlton No difference than really looking at the side mirrors but, I get your point. It is one more time eyes are off the road than necessary! Safety first! Singing while driving second!
Well then you need to read up on Brad James. He is a real trucker, and it's pretty obvious he's looking into the camera at times, but as a professional driver myself of over 40 years it's no different then looking in the side view mirror, or down at your gauges, or adjusting your radio, etc' and if you say you don't do this while driving you're not being realistic or you don't drive for a living.
