Hello.. In both dependant Mother and dependent father , Father’s name is showing up. I tried updating clicking on edit and it got rejected from Branch office saying that Name mismatch. I gave documents of Adhar and Pan card still they rejected it saying Name mismatch.

Don't update from your side
Tell your HR to update if they will update then there will not be any rejection
After entering details of family member,in details I have to put own adhar card or the added member
