The numbers in Infosparks for this area, San Bernardino county, are radically different now; e.g., new listings -38%, closed -38%, DOM +120%, inventory and absorption rates are more than -72%, etc. I'd love to see an updated video that explains these numbers! 2. Alta Research and ShowingTime that offers reports both come with a significant price tag.

Hi Brandon this price bracketing technique is a game changer! You deliver so much value. One question: when you mentioned if your cma comes out to 260-265k price it at 275k did you mean to say 270-275k? Seems like buyers in 275-300k range would see listings below 275k as well. Seems like the group of buyers under 275k wouldnt see it.

Hey Brandon when you go on listing appointments do you give information based on the previous month or do you give them the stats by week? Ex: you go on a listing appointment and say there’s x amount of inventory based on Julys data OR there’s x amount of inventory because as of last week x number of properties are on the market and x have sold so far… I hope I’m articulating my question properly.. 😬
My showing time didn't have targeted reports as an option, did you have to upgrade the service? My MLS doesn't have Info sparks, it has smart charts and its an upcharge. Would you say upgrading showing time is the best?
If doing a weekly video....how do we find new data to give about the market? The info sparks gives data by the month, not weekly or daily. Is there a place we can pull data from to give new data points each week?

On the 274,999 vs 275,000 comparison. While more showings were at 275,000; it showed there were 25-30% more showings per listing at 274,999. Could that mean part of the reason there were more showings at 275,000 was because of higher inventory there? Is this where one could also cross-reference those numbers with the number of showings to pending or sold?
Exactly. My dad would tell me to know my budget, budget for something, live within my budget but missed one key piece of info - how do you create a budget? It’s pretty simple and straight-forward once you are shown (even if your income varies) but when you are young or if you’ve never seen or heard it explained, not so much. Thankfully, I found Dave Ramsey years later and learned how to create a budget plan!
Great ideas, Brandon. In some areas, ShowingTime is frowned upon given they are owned by Zillow. So the valuable insights their InfoSparks tool provides may not available.

Later in the day, consuming longer form content is more comfortable for me. Even if I have to run-it-back once, twice or more. Also, Time-stamping the longer vids might help retention / click thru with the low-attention span viewers.
