Steak and Onion Stir Fry Recipe - Easy Tender Juicy Beef Onion Stir fry

Delicious Steak and onion beef stir fry, so flavorful & better than take-out stir fry. This beef stir fry is the perfect easy steak dinner idea.
INGREDIENTS
for the meat
1 lbs flank steak, ( i used about 1.2 lbs )
2 Tbs soy sauce
1 Tbs oyster sauce
1 Tbs brown sugar
1 Tbs corn starch
1 Tbs olive oil, plus more to cook the meat
1 tsp sesame oil
for the vegetables
about 7 spring onions
4 cloves garlic
1 whole onion
1 to 2 Tbs olive oil to saute vegetables
salt and pepper to season the vegetables
1/4 tsp brown sugar to cook vegetables
for the sauce
1 1/2 Tbs rice wine
1 Tbs soy sauce
1 Tbs oyster sauce
1/4 cup beef broth
