@@burntchickennugget4784 actually he talks about how 2017 was a great year. 2015 was one of his darkest years by his own account because he broke his leg and couldn't do a lot of what he wanted. he talks about being a control freak and how breaking his leg put him out of control. 2017 was "on the up" so to speak and supposedly going exactly as planned, but the reality is that depression doesn't care whether you're having a "good" or "bad" year, it's a mentality and it's unfortunately something he carried for the majority of his life--it wasn't a recent or new development to him. it's easy to assume things from on outside perspective, someone who "looks sad" or "looks happy" but that doesn't always match the inside.
