You guys really need to abandon the idea of "x character is good/evil" while watching this show. It's a lot more complicated and nuanced than that. Arcane characters are complex and very much human, their actions and ideas are a product of their environment and past experiences with no true underlying "correct" morality.
16:04 A popular misconception but Vi doesn't actually put the pieces together that Powder was responsible for the explosion while trapped under the door. From Vi's perspective, Powder's bombs never work, let alone be capable of causing this level of destruction. At this point, Vi would assume Silco had blast his way in to get to her and Vander. When Vi sees the head of Powder's monkey bomb, her worst fear was that Powder had followed them to the cannery and had also been killed in the blast. This makes Vi's reaction all the more emotionally devastating when Vander's last words are "Take care of Powder." Until Powder finds her, Vi believes Mylo, Claggor, Vander and worst of all, Powder, is dead. She failed to "protect the family." Vi repeatedly tries to do the right thing and is punished for it. Then, if things weren't bad enough, she learns Powder is not only alive but responsible for the deaths of Mylo and Claggor and, to a lesser extent, Vander. Both Vi and Powder's reaction in this scene are perfectly justified given their emotional state both before and after what just took place. It's heartbreaking and beautiful.
I’ve already seen a few comments saying it already but I do agree to not see everything as black and white. There is no good or bad side and you’ll definitely understand more as the show progresses. Everyone has their reasonings and people just have different morals, but it’s not as simple as good vs bad. Great reactions! Been waiting for this all week!

Everyone else in the comments already mentioned how this show shouldn’t be watched with the thought process of bad vs good so I’ll leave that one alone 😅 One thing I’ll say, as a Silco stan, is that you should pay extra close attention to the dialogue whenever he’s on the screen. It really says a lot about his motivations throughout the show. He’s such a hard character to read (since he’s so stoic) but if you look closely at his good eye, that’ll tell you everything you need to know about him and how he’s feeling in the moment. 19:48 for example: you assume the worst like Silco’s only comforting her because he’s going to use her. But if you watch his facial expressions on the side with the good eye, you see that he relates to her emotions towards Vi because he felt that way with him and Vander. That’s one thing that pains me so much is the way Powder is crying about her sister is probably the same way Silco cried about his brother back then in the drowning scene, only he had no one to comfort him after that happened 🥲

Vi, Jinx, Ekko, Caitlyn, Jayce, Viktor, Heimdeinger, Singed, and one more I can't reveal for spoiler reasons. Also in-case I didn't already state it, Arcane season 1 took 6 years to make with total estimated budget between 100-120 million dollars, 10-12 million per episode. I highly high Recommend reacting to "Bridging The Rift - Making of Arcane." Riot is very friendly and don't copyright a lot of their videos. Also are you jumping into any league content after Arcane? I can share a list of great videos for ya. In my honest opinion, I think this is one of the most nuanced shows out there. This show is very good at two things 1)Anybody can be a villain in other person story 2)They are all victims of some sort of circumstances. Episode 3 is probably the most narratively flawless pieces of fiction I’ve ever seen. The whole show is incredible, but episode 3 is unmatched
