Gold Rush | Curt Gowdy's Newest Trail

- Gold Rush at Curt Gowdy State Park is all time. Like other trails at Curt Gowdy this trail was extremely well built with the perfect amount of flow and tech sections. First time riding CGSP on 7/26/22 and we hit all of the Gowdy Gold Trails. Super fun time and looking forward to more rides in the future.

Such a killer trail! When I ride it it was so fresh that top part didn’t ride fast, can’t wait to visit family again And hit this trail again!
Yeah, we ended up re-riding the top section because we felt it was slow and even more so didn’t know the trail. Second time around was way better!
@@RyanGreenroomProductions I grew up in Cheyenne wy so Curt Gowdy is where I learned to mountain bike. Such a rad place. Did you ride El Alto or any of the Skin and Bones area tech chutes (broke bike mountain, exfoliator, suture line, etc)?
@@Tkolbo_ we rode all the Gowdy Gold trails this trip. I’m in northern Colorado so close enough to get back out there to hit some more trails.
@@RyanGreenroomProductions I really like both gold rush and gold watch. Not the biggest fan of gold standard. When you go back el alto is a must! I like riding it counterclockwise. Nice techish climb and awesome descent

This trail doesn’t show up on my MTB project app. Where is it in relation to gold standard and gold watch? Looks spicy.
It is a brand new trail and is super fun. It is I believe to the north of Gold watch so it heads in the opposite direction of Gold Watch. The trail maps a pet Curt Gowdy will show where it is as well. Have fun and be safe.
