How to run a wire through a wall

This video illustrates the easiest way to run a wire through a wall without making a huge mess. In fact, once you are done, you should be able to clean up your work with a dust pan and broom and nothing else. This video is specifically for running wire vertically through the wall. All of the horizontal movement happens in the basement (or attic).
