I’d say at this point, you gotta have cash on the side and exposure so that you don’t completely fumble during bearish times, just to come out with nothing but buying bags too high later on. Not a financial advisor, just my two cents of advice.

The most important thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different sources of income that doesn't depend on the government. Especially with the current economic crisis around the word. This is still a good time to invest in various stocks, Gold, silver and digital currencies.
The key to big returns is not big moving stocks. It's managing risk in relationship to reward. Having the correct size on and turning your edge as many times as necessary to reach your goal. That holds true from long term investing to day trading.

For a few months now I have been searching tirelessly for information on how to start investing. I even payed $1000 for a course that I now regret. It appears that there is no structured guided for beginners on how to get started in this realm. I've came across several investors making well over $250k/annual and would be grateful if anyone on here could provide insights on how to get started, identity potential stocks, when to make an entry, exit etc.
Keep it simple in the beginning. Buy something, like an index fund, and hold. Educate yourself in the meantime and elevate your risk tolerance over time.
In order to make profits from trading you need loads of experience and a well defined strategy, which most traders don't have. If you trade without the proper preparation, you're most likely to lose your money. Identify the buy/sell ratios and identify the market leaders and most importantly. Diversify! This will help you spread risk.

I'm not kidding when I say that the market crash and high inflation have me really stressed out and worried about retirement. I've been in the red for a while now and although people say these crisis has it perks, I'm losing my mind but I get it, Investing is a long-term game, so I try to focus on the long term.
I cannot focus on the long run when I should be retiring in 4years, you see l've got good companies in my portfolio and a good amount invested, but my profit has been stalling, does it mean this recession/ unstable market doesn't provide any calculated risk opportunities to make profit?
I completely agree, I have been consistent with my profit regardless of the market conditions, I got into the market early 2019 and the constant downtrends and losses discouraged me so I sold off, got back in Dec 2020 this time with guidance from an investment adviser that was recommended by a popular economist on a popular forum, long story short, its been years now and I've gained over $850k following guidance from my investment adviser.

I still loose in trading live. I do back testing with the tradingview replay function and everything is working mostly fine. Then at the actual live market I do the same and I loose. With long term investing with positions that I keep weeks and for months, I am very successful. But trading intraday just does not work for me. I would really like to subsidize my long term profits a bit with short term gains that I can reinvest long term. Any tips for a guy like me? :(:(
These trades seem to be very selected. Look at the chart at 11:25. Just before where the trade is being placed, there are two more very similar situations (price hitting supply zone, engulfing candle, EMA crossover). Why werent the trades placed there? If you would place your trades in any of those two previous opportunities, you would have been stopped out at the top of the third opportunity. But you never explain why you dont take those two trades and then decide to take the third one. You just explain that you took the third trade where you are not stopped out and hit TP.
Because of structure, if you look closely price is making higher highs, with no change of structure, which means price is still seeking higher areas to grab liquidity. The point where he entered, (if you can look even closer) there was a higher low that was broken and price retested it and started rejecting at that level[most recent higher low], showing us there is a change in structure( market shift.)
Structure is foundation of any strategy.
