$36 for a skin is really cheap. wym I feel like you havent seen skins from other games before lol. Maybe if this was JUST an animation skin it would be overpriced but it comes with SFX changes to all the abilities and sounds of the character. Its an extremely high quality skin.

Doesn't excuse the trend of skins coming out at 50( yes, it can be bought discounted, but if you don't get it right away, it's 50) as a benchmark before they test further limits on pricing. I mentioned in the stream the $500 ahri skin. I feel like it's going to happen to these games as well. It's not a good outcome. League literally took away the option to use game currency to get new champs right away. If you buy them and their first skin, you get it cheaper than if you use game currency or premium currency later. Then, more expensive skins under terms like Legendary come along with minor additions and bigger price tags. All of it again doesn't look good to me.

I think the bonuses will got a reset on the 2.0 patch so if you buy only the 1980 bundle, with the bonus it is doubled therefore i dosen't really matter if discounted or not. (Personel opinion). For me with a s6 r2 jinshi is fix buy. 😊
I do think it is pricey, but the quality of this skin is insane. So, I am on the fence. It is expensive for a normal in game item, but part of me is satisfied by the quality of it. My issue is that it seems it is only available through the bundle. Since, the skin isnt the only thing coming with it.
Agree It's a gorgeous skin, and the initial discount price isn't to bad IMO, the post discount price feels a little steep. I do wish the weapon had a different design though, rather than just a different colour.

That said. Even from a marketing perspective. If you have 6 million people playing a game, that can spend 10 euro for a skin and let's say only 50% have Jinxin, and of those 50% only 25% will buy the skin at 10 euro, that's still 1.5MILLION EURO which i doubt a skin can ever cost more than 20-30k for them to make. and even if it was an insane price as 100k to make a skin, they would still make x14 time that price. and im talking about 10 euro.
Now the skin goes for 35 to 60, based on WHEN you buy the skin and if you have the double lunite bonus. how much will be the % of people who are willing to spend that much? Sadly i can't see the numbers because they will never disclose them.. but i would be very curious to see if this price would make them more money, than an actual affordable price.

Maybe if this was JUST an animation skin it would be overpriced but it comes with SFX changes to all the abilities and sounds of the character. Its an extremely high quality skin.
@lichmourne00 Brother, I paid way too much for a DJ Sona skin. New animations, songs that you can switch in games made for the skin, it even has 3 color swaps that go with the music. I loved it. Doesn't excuse the trend of skins coming out at 50( yes, it can be bought discounted, but if you don't get it right away, it's 50) as a benchmark before they test further limits on pricing. I mentioned in the stream the $500 ahri skin. I feel like it's going to happen to these games as well. It's not a good outcome. League literally took away the option to use game currency to get new champs right away. If you buy them and their first skin, you get it cheaper than if you use game currency or premium currency later. Then, more expensive skins under terms like Legendary come along with minor additions and bigger price tags. All of it again doesn't look good to me.

I guess it's all just perspective on the price, it's a shame you have to buy lunite for it and not just a direct purchase option, as someone who spends from time to time on the game. It will cost me more than people who still have the lunite bonus which feels a bit sucky. But I don't mind throwing some cash Kuros way.

I think the bonuses will got a reset on the 2.0 patch so if you buy only the 1980 bundle, with the bonus it is doubled therefore i dosen't really matter if discounted or not. (Personel opinion). For me with a s6 r2 jinshi is fix buy. 😊

I do think it is pricey, but the quality of this skin is insane. So, I am on the fence. It is expensive for a normal in game item, but part of me is satisfied by the quality of it. My issue is that it seems it is only available through the bundle. Since, the skin isnt the only thing coming with it.
Agree It's a gorgeous skin, and the initial discount price isn't to bad IMO, the post discount price feels a little steep. I do wish the weapon had a different design though, rather than just a different colour.
@@PIxelTreeTV if you play or have played PGR...they should just use the system from there. Skin and Weapon skin can be purchased separately for cheaper, but if you buy the bundle for slightly higher you get a portrait frame

its pretty tame for a gacha monetization, people actually spent like $2000+ on a random weapon chance in genshin so i do not see the issue here for a f2p game that has a steep price for cosmetic products. I mean, people already normalized cosmetics at a golden price, voting with your wallet is a lost battle already.

its not just the ouftit the price is a bundle. it includes the outfit,wep skin,avatar frame etc. and compared to other games its quite cheap. i mean bdo which isnt a gacha all of their premium skins are 50 dollars with no discount period. and bdo dosent change any animations or anything for the characters. i also think genshins premium skins were 50 dollars and are far worse quality than jihnsi skin

It's become patently obvious that Kuro bots have more money than sense. Even at the discounted price of $30 it's still too expensive when you consider what you can buy with it in real life. At the post 2.0 patch of $50 it's borderline ridiculous. You can almost buy a full triple A game for what they're asking for a skin bundle, and a few small extras. You people act like they're so broke they're pan-handling on the streets when they're making millions upon millions of dollars in a single month. If they were as broke as you claim they are, they wouldn't be able to do high production trailers, and other marketing concerns, I guarantee Kuro is doing just fine.
Contrary to what you may believe, it doesn't take nearly as much to do a patch, and giving away free content costs them next to nothing. What they're giving away are game assets based on fictitious numbers generated by a computer program. They give you a few extra astrites here, and there, and suddenly you're meat-riding them like you owe them something. As MANY people have indicated, they're a BUSINESS, and as such, we owe them nothing.
Just as much as you all are telling people to "stop whining" maybe you should stop apologizing for them. I guarantee half of the people saying these things won't even buy the skins, and the other half are whales spending everything they have on a game that will eventually end.
