How to setup a syslog app on a PC

This video shows you how to setup the TFTPD64 as a syslog app on a PC to act as a syslog server. This method of collecting debug level information from a device is useful if the issue is random and/or sparse in nature.
Tips:
Consider using the v4.52 "tftpd64 standard edition (zip)" app, its a runtime app that does not install any software on the PC.
Please ensure the device you are trouble-shooting has the correct debug level enabled in effort the needed information is captured via syslog.
Please ensure the time stamps on the log are correct.
Please document the time stamp of the issue event(s).
Please document any pattern of events just before the issue occurred.
