I saw this crazy overgrown lawn and knocked on the door to see if I could cut it. It had flyers all over the door and turned out the be vacant. So, I spoke with the guy working next door and he said he's been there for over a month and had never seen anyone come or go. So I decided to go ahead and clean the yard up for the neighborhood. The only thing with cutting tall grass, is that you don't know what lies beneath...

It always amazes me at what a huge improvement just cleaning up the sidewalks is. Looks great. While you had the board in hand, I would have tried prying the front end around. From what I can tell in the video you did not attempt that. Maybe there was a good reason not to that I can not see here. Luckily that was not a fenced in yard that would have prevented getting your truck back there. Hope you have a very Merry Christmas.

That square pole in the front yard looks like a temp utility pole, and I didn't see a meter in it.
This leads me to hypothesize the someone WAS renovating/repairing the home, but stopped when they ran out of time/money/interest.

It never ceases to amaze me what a Master of Transitions you are, with Camera Placement, Shot Composition, and Real-Time and Post Editing. I watch a lot of these by various people, and you are easily the best by far.
You are the only ASMR yard cleanup/mowing/machine sounds channel. You’re so systematic about how you do your work, it actually helps me relax and fall asleep! The other landscaping channels are exactly the opposite. It is satisfying to watch and Listen to, unlike random sights and sounds. Not just great yard work, but great editing and filming. ❤

Most of the bank or REIT “abandoned” houses you do look worthless, but this one actually look’s salvageable PROVIDED that the interior is in decent shape. Kudos!

Amazing transformation! The house has good lines. It’s obviously solid. It just needs someone living in it and bringing it back to life. At least now it looks inviting so maybe that’ll happen.

YES!!! The house isn't abandoned, its under construction/renovation. You can tell from the electric stand in the front yard and the construction debris in the back yard. That house looks too new for it to be abandoned. The contractor probably got busy and hasn't been back to the house in a few weeks.

It looks to me like they're still there. He used to have an attachment for his mower, but I didn't see it on the truck.
I know that leaving grass clippings on a lawn if mowed weekly/every other week can be good. It builds up the turf.
But grass this tall might not be so good.

He doesn't care to pick up the grass anymore😔 even though he's getting paid by RUclips through the ads depending on how many subscribers and commercials he could potentially make in the thousands, but these guys aren't honest like "The quick cut guy is!"

It’s not just at Christmas but throughout the year to thank those people who get us where we are! We can get so busy, to get ahead, that we forget those people who comment about us or say how they like us. But in the end, hope that we realize we are all here because of those people. And if we ignore them, they will stop giving us comments and saying they like us.

Sorry that you had the mower stuck Spencer but at least you got it out. Usually if there’s any slopes or wet ditches we use the weed eaters and just mow the dry flat areas.

Spencer, I love ❤ the work you perform. You have been in business long enough to own a bagger for your lawn mower. I know you feel "at least the grass is cut ", but leaving all that grass doesn't make your edging look impressive. Please reconsider purchasing a bagger or raking the grass. It's NOT!!! the QUANTITY of work, but the QUALITY.
If you are obsessing about a few grass clippings left on the lawn, you've lost the plot.
I think maybe Spencer is just giving back to the community and not really trying to impress anybody. He always leave the lawns better looking than when he started, so there’s that!
