Three in the morning in Colorado Springs , Colorado and I am up watching you two mow lawn and trimming. Nothing to do, my wife passed away in December of 2022, so I started watching RUclips with you. You do a better job than most all the others out there. You pick clippings and branches you trim everything that's class. You take breaks and chat about how things are going. I totally agree--and I'm probably older than his mother! My mama used to say "use it or lose it" and now that I am definitely past middle age (not planning to live into my 130s, I don't think I can call myself middle aged any more), I can feel the wisdom in her words. If you want to keep going, you gotta keep going.
Same thing happened to my brother. They didn't pay rent , couldn't evict them because it was winter ,they didn't pay utilities,they broke out a window so they turned up the heat. Ruined the furnace when they leftand left everything in the house. Most of it wasn't there's,people came wanting there appliances back. Bad renters.

I will never understand why someone would ever trash a place they rented.if you lose your deposit and end up in court how do you rent another place? Isn't there a national data base listing these deadbeats with drivers license/ photos so the next guy doesn't get burned? If not there ought to be....keep up the great job. A great job! Now that looks like a really good home. A neat and sharp cornered lawn always improves appearance. Sorry for what the property owner went thru. I guess it's my military background, but I always left a rented property in better condition than when we moved in. Even the one that was haunted! Be Safe!

We found a great house, near our church and close to the freeway so I could get to the base easily. Many times after we had left after several years, my wife mentioned that she was angry at me for make all the scary soundsi told her I never did. Our oldest son was very very ill while we're there and said a lady kept coming into his room asking did he feel better.He thought it was his grandmother because he had a high fever. It was not me or his grandmother. My wife had seen something in the Hallway several times. As we were moving out, one of the older neighbors as me had we seen the ghost? What ghost. The guy who rented the house to us, his wife had died in the house two years earlier and in the same room our son slept in.

It’s a wonderful thing you guys do…and you don’t scalp the grass. So many times I have seen landscapers come in and cut everything down to the dirt, and there’s no green left.

It is 4:23 pm here in central texas. Temp is 102 with a heat index of 106. I let my weeds around my air conditioner get too bad so I had to make myself get it done. Being asthmatic I have to stay indoors but the job needed to be done. Stay hydrated, love your content and work you do❤

I know all to well about the sweaty wet shirt. When the heat is so bad and one is working their tail off it happens. Here is a tip that helped me. I always carried a small cooler and i would take a few kitchen towels and place them in the bottom and cover with ice. By the time i was on the job and was burning up and water or gatorade just wasnt cutting it 😅 I would grab kitchen towel out of cooler and place around my neck. Heck i was already drenched in sweat so cold ice water wasnt going to hurt😂. It felt amazing and saved me MANY TIMES. It works wonders..try it! You both did an amazing job on the lawn. 👍
I don't know why these lawn jobs are so good, and fun to watch : Blades, Boring, CJ and all. As for myself, I'd rather have a root canal while prepping for a colonoscopy than do yard work. But somehow, watching these folks is soothing and comforting. Kudo's!
Nice job! I don’t understand how anyone can destroy a rental property. I haven’t rented in 49 years, but I always left a rental cleaner and sometimes better than when I moved there. I lived in an apartment for 2 years and after we moved the property manager called to offer 2 months free rent if we would move back. She said our apartment was left the cleanest of any apartment she had seen in the 5 years that she had been there. We didn’t move back because we relocated for a shorter commute to our jobs. It was tempting though.

I feel the property owners pain, I have a rental property that was trashed by a renter and it has been sitting for the last few years do to the extent of damage done to the house even the roof was leaking in multiple places because they were always up walking around on it and used nails and pounded down through the shingles to hold some wires in place, which in turn ruined the ceilings in 3 rooms in the house, kicked in several solid wood interior doors and stole the porcelain door knobs off the interior doors ripped the screen door of the house moving out, left food in the fridge and freezer to spoil, left all their dirty dishes pilled all over the kitchen and sink full, nocked holes in walls and it had a really nice bathroom with a claw foot tub and antique toilet and sink they set up a make shift shower and ruined 2 walls completely. set up a make shift painting booth in the basement they also trashed the yard and new 2 stall garage, house was built in 1837 and a beautiful old home. nice job wish people like you were around my area to get the city off my back.

I am 81 now and used to do yard work not as much as you all do,but I cleaned houses for older people and sometimes cut their yards also, and loved it but I can't do it anymore. I watch your video's and feel like I am right there doing the yard work myself,I also have 2 boys and one of them worked with me just like you all. This is the first time ive seen long grass cut and its still green underneath. Usually its all hay because the sun never hits it. This came out beautiful

I am 81 now and used to do yard work not as much as you all do,but I cleaned houses for older people and sometimes cut their yards also, and loved it but I can't do it anymore. I watch your video's and feel like I am right there doing the yard work myself,I also have 2 boys and one of them worked with me just like you all. God bless you and I enjoy watching your video's,you all do great work.
This is the first time ive seen long grass cut and its still green underneath. Usually its all hay because the sun never hits it. This came out beautiful
