That's one nice looking bike. Color combination, silver with red accents on the wheel and chasis, is really a great one. Exhaust really improves the look and sound of the bike.
Finally a new vid of a 500 with delk pipes. I just passed my msf class Sunday. Waiting for my info to hit the dmv and will go for the license. I have the same style delk but bought dual and in carbon fiber. Will make a vid of it after installing them on soon. She sounds nice bro!!!
Looks and sounds great! Did you have to remove centerstand or do anything too tricky to install? Also those turn signals look awesome where did you find them?
Nope didn't have to remove the center stand but did have to use the spacers to lower the bottom faring a bit, they came with the kit. It was a little tricky lining up the stopper on the center stand to hit the exhaust but I got it to work. The lights I think I got on amazon or ebay they were dirt cheep came in a 4 pack. Bro had K&N pods installed, slip-on Cobra F1R pipes, and DynoJet Stage 7 kit. Picked up a LOT of power. If you open up the flow, always adjust jetting. Otherwise you run lean and burn your engine up in a slow death.
Hey I was wondering if you had any problems with installing it because when I put mine on I wasn't able to use my rear brake and the lower cowling won't fit. how did the install work out for you?
you should be able to use the rear break fine might have to loosen the pipes a little and adjust them a bit more, it is very close though. the lower fairing dosnt fit unless you use the 2 metal spacers it came with. if yours didn't come with, I'd call and have them send it to you. they actually forgot to send me the gaskets for the headers. but one quick phone call and they were otw. only issues I have is the rest for the center stand isn't position perfectly and the rubber gasket on the exhaust hanger is completely dry rotted already. but it still looks and sounds for the price.

I also had a problem with the center stand where it would hit the chain because it wasn't against the stopper on the midpipe. the only way I can use my exhaust is if I don't use the clamp that secures the muffler to the passenger footpeg. I called but some guy answered saying he couldn't help me cause he was new. I thought that was funny

I ended up getting that kit because of the video. It sounds incredible. Just make sure you keep the baffle in if you like your right ear

nope I didn't rejet the carbs. same amount of power, still runs great. I believe these 500s are pretty much jetted to the max stock.

No baffle in the video, i wound up losing it shortly after actually so now i have to ride with out it, its pretty loud but not unbearable.
