What fun to watch that grille evolve...from ok, to wow! those sidebars realy make it! Your kids are both helpful, add humor and enthusiasm to the channel. Good show!
Thank you so much 🍻 I could build the whole thing and just show the finished piece. But taking everyone along for the journey let's me show the process, and try my best to pass along some knowledge at the same time. I'm glad you're enjoying it. And yes. They're pretty amazing 😎
Never once have I regretted getting the tools out. But I sure miss it when I put them away. Bead rollers are amazing. I should have my power conversion sorted out soon and then I'll be using it for more often 😎
@King of Booty Fab idk what ur talking about 🤣 will accept bribes from any subscribers that wanna know what I know all proceeds will go towards Ryan's build lol

Oh hell yeah Ryan, I'm digging that grill bro. Definitely glad I came across your channel. That things gonna be insanely cool!. I'm totally diggin this build. Keep On Keeping On Brother!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Man I like the way that grill is coming out, very cool idea with the side effects, nice to see the little fella getting a bit of a workout on the bead roller, who needs a motor 😂
I have almost all the parts for the power conversion. While I love getting them to help, it will be a much more steady feed. I'm looking forward to helping them roll their own panels though.
Absolutely. The panels for that one they are going to roll. I will just be the shadow over their shoulder. I haven't put in much time on the go cart because it's one they have to be involved in. But we've got some stuff coming soon for that too 😎
Thank you, That was my intention.🍻 I can't wait to build the headers because when people see what's in my head, it's just going to complete the package.
@@kingofbootyfab I Totally get that... I'm working on a '53 Ford F-100 doing Like a 70's Show Rod... Totally Flat Firewall with a Tilt Front End. Wild Fenderwell Headers Like a Mock Armored Bank Truck. It will be Different but Cool 351 Cleveland and C-6 Transmission
I love it. If you've got pictures posted somewhere shoot me a link I'd love to see. One of the coolest things about RUclips has been some of the people I've gotten to connect with, and the absolutely phenomenal talent that's floating around out there completely unrecognized I've got the 2 39s, and both of them are basically going to be Full size hot wheels. This one a chopped and channeled rat rod, hugely disproportionate, it's going to have people scratching their heads. My other, will be a chopp3d and channeled tail dragged, with a big block Caddy, tunnel ram and a 671. Both with wild fender dump headers. I want Cars that are on the edge of tasteful but absolutely unforgettable. My next one will be much more understated, a total sleeper.

Thank you David 🍻 If you ever post them somewhere tag me or shoot me a link. Or email me pics if you want, I truly do love to see. I have some people very close to me that push me to upload more, and show off more skills, I also struggle with wether or not its good enough. But comments from people that follow along and have for a long time seriously help drive me to do better. I hope you get your project out there soon. We all deserve our own.
Looks great. I don't reckon I could pull off flux core welding those bars. Maybe try wire wheeling the thin steel clean before welding? If your welder only has high or low power settings then going with high power for quick spot welds on a slow wire feed on clean steel might get you there.
I think I need to step down wire size honestly. I've been able to weld everything with 030 to most peoples surprise, but these are just beyond it. The fact that they are dissimilar in gauge is really what's doing me in, but I can come back to that, I don't forsee anywhere else on the car this will he a problem..
Coming together nicely 💪 you still going to use those headlights? I know ur still working on them also, they just look a little bulky now that the grill has its outline... Maybe once you set the headlights they might just blend in. God bless and keep blessing Others 🙏💪👍. Btw I love ur daughter mocking and dancing to ur words 🤣😂💪👍
I've got a plan there. Once the grill is finished out and the headlights are mounted, I think they'll flow well, I love the art deco lines on them and all of the parts will be cohesive. Front frame has some work coming too which will help. This part I've got a solid vision for already 😎
Jade, did your dad catch you mimicking him? Ha Ha Hey, I meant to ask you where you got your intake manifold for those blowers? I haven't gotten a good look at it yet. Love the headlight nacelles. I'm liking the look of the grill with the sides added.
🤣🤣 She does that. What's scary is that she generally knows what I'm going to say. Flip back to older videos, I've actually got a video on the CAD design and assembly, that's entirely my brain child. I found out later that there was a production grill that was amazingly similar 30 or 40 years ago, made in a limited run, but that just confirms my theory that it will work honestly.
@@kingofbootyfab Ah, I like it. You aren't going with a hood though, is that correct? I mean just the grill and then leaving the engine compartment open?
Yes. As minimalistic as possible. I would have cut so much out of the hood there wouldn't be anything left anyways. Once my carbs get here, I won't want to hide any of it 😎
Great channel but I wanna helper like you have my helper weighs 375 lbs is 5'10" with one tooth and a mullet he needs a shave and stinks of beer so hopefully someday.. Well any whoo love your channel.
It's not light . But it's very rigid, and makes short work of everything I throw at it 😎 As soon as I get the power drive on it I've got a mountain of work lined up for it, all the parts are sitting on the shelf
Pretty much. I've built a few brass legs just like that. The tooling I've built lately is far superior to almost anything that's available retail, I had over a year to fine tune the design and come up with something that met me entire wish list.
i listened to your kid and subbed. got one question for you though, what are those blowers off of ? i recognize the paint color but can't place it. old greyhound bus maybe?
They are 4-53 blowers, that came off a detroit diesel. The 4-53 was a 4 cylinder, 212 cubic Inch 2 stroke diesel engine, and I'm reasonably certain that most of them where industrial Applications as opposed to automotive. The larger 6-71, 8-71, 6v91 etc where medium duty truck engines, but the color was more common on detroit engines than any of the other colors I've seen them 🍻
Looks awesome , dig n it , roll on , great your son is help n , my son helped me today on my hot rod 55 Willy’s wagon , enjoy watching 👍👍👍👍

Weber Dcoe 40s. I was originally looking for 45s, but these popped up and the math says they'll work beyond what this motor will make.
