Hello I am new to the channel, and I was wondering if there was a way to contact you about some materials I am curious about. I am mainly wondering what the best materials I should buy (Regarding colored pencils, because I am really interested in getting into it, but figured the most recent video would be the best way to get this message to you.) I have mainly used graphite or sketching pencils in the past. My main concern, is that I want to be buy the product that I will be able to use for the majority of my color pencil art. I figure the PrismaColor colored pencils, soft core, 150 pack. I am really hoping you see this comment, and am able to recommend which materials I should buy.
Based on your previous videos, I also figure I should buy Strathmore Bristol Smooth Paper Pad. I hope you see these comments and are able to reply to me.
I came here for a tutorial, but actually painting it - dude you missed explaining so many steps, blending the different darker and lighter colours on the cherry, the dark green and light green on the stems.
Just.. as a beginner, mildly frustrating as I've got no clue what I'm doing, and I'm just trying to match your lesson as close as I can - but it's difficult without explanation of what you're doing.
Do you know I have all the acrylic and water colour and 3d paints, the blushes, the charcoal sticks, charcoal pencils, hi-uni graphite pencils from 10H-10H, artist 1ltr of artist guesso, a bunch of canvases and skeach books, graphite sticks, blender sticks and paper totalions, oil pencils, pastel soft and hard and its paper, oil pastels hard type, water coloure pencil I think there great to work with, and colour in pencils I spent £300 on the lot and I haven`t use any of it in 1yr and there still as good as new, I mean I can draw I do have the artist bit in me the plb is I never know what to creat, I mean I can do land houses and atmosphers like sky glass and land, but the plb is I never know what to draw I would like to get myself past that block, but I don`t have the money for art school.
Amythest Gemini .... whatever lights your fire is what you should draw. Draw paint sketch whatever interests you. Don't worry about if other people will like it. Paint something you adore, then paint it again and again. Look around you. What do you see in the room, an object you like? Paint it. Soon you will see other things to draw or paint. Soon your mind will tell you let's paint this or that. Get those creative juices flowing.
Amythest Gemini I'll take them off your hand but no really never give up on your passion! You can only get better, sometimes the worst critic is yourself! join us at Uniquely Rocked on facebook! Were a supportive group of rock artist! from beginner to advanced xoxo
