Silver Coast House Sitting

Two house sits along the Silver Coast region in Portugal.
We were taking care of some lovely places and pets for a few weeks in November 2023. A mixture of wet and sunny weather but very mild temperatures and we managed to get out exploring some of the beautiful countryside along the silver coast, From the long Sandy beach of Salgados to the shores of Óbidos Lagoon (where we were eaten alive by sand flies!). We also got back to see some progress on the house and took the golden retrievers for a walk around the area where they are building our house!

Hello Wayne and Annette I've been following your channel since the beginning.....your latest video ..the second home is just 1km down the road from my house. It's a small world. But I still live most of my time in Niagara falls Canada. Your house is a wonderful build. We ( Carlos- Jane) are coming to Portugal again in April/ may.

Thank you for you comment and kind words Carlos. Indeed it is a small world! I was born in Canada and when we were looking for property we saw our plot was next to the Vale de Canada 😂😂. April/May is a good time. Perhaps we could get fatter together enjoying some cakes and coffee at Atelier do Doce which is near the second house and we occasionally meet up with our friends there!

Thanks for your view. House update in the works (short and sweet updates until completed). Yes dog leads were on correctly. There is even a RUclips video about how to fit them. The ring st the front is to help avoiding them pulling. 👍
