I've got a Sound Bomb on my SDR and a mini on my gfs Vulcan, they both make a tremendous difference. Nothing like seeing a person jump in their car seat while looking at their phone.
+3 dB is actually double the energy. doesn't mean double the perceived volume (that would require about +10dB), but it is a very significant difference.

I mounted a mini on my 2017 Versys 1000 using the same bolt the original was mounted to. I was disappointed by the volume. Then I read the instructions again, and mounted it using the included metal bracket. All the difference in the world. Give it a try...
i have a Denali Sound Bomb Air Horn on my Yamaha YTX Year 4 and works great. The difference between the Air Horn and the straight Electric is Huge. Go with the Air Horn. The Denali is a Quality Product
The "Soundbomb Compact" is just the latest rebranding of the original Italian Stebel Nautilus (currently available on Amazon for $29). I've been putting that horn on all my bikes since the year 2000. I currently have a Versys 650 and a WR250R with that horn installed. This same horn is also available from Harbor Freight as the Wolo Bad Boy for $38. The Denali offering on Revzilla is overpriced at $55.
55 for the Denali, 50 for the Stebel Nautilus. IDK how you got it for 28, but it is no longer that price on Amazon.
@@SoulExpired Wish, you're right, the Amazon price has rocketed. It is, however, also available as the Wolo "Bad Boy" at Harbor Freight for $40.
Wrong they may look the same. A lot of companies have similar looking horns. Wolo has a 90 day warranty. Denali is 5 years. So yeah no
I dont need it to be loud, so much as I need the tone to encapsulate my anger at another person pulling out in front of me. The little "meeeeep" from a factory horn is just too friendly.

Mounted the integrated Denali (horn and compressor) on my 2019 Kawasaki Concours 14. I had to fab a custom bracket and it barely fit under the fairing on the left side. I had to mount it there because the space under the right side fairing is occupied by an electronic cruise control throttle servo.
Is there any way you can hook up 2 of these air horns on a bike? I know it's overkill, but it will definitely get somebody's attention.
wonder if there's a horn, for motorbikes, that sounds exactly like the one from the movie "the car"
I put a regular mini denali on my Kawasaki z 400 2022 and the mounting bolt was to short to go thru the grommet so I could add the nut to it. NEEDS TO BE LONGER!!!!
Not an upgrade most people put on a bike but it should be. Most people want performance but safety is very important too. I know even though I'm careful while driving I've had a bike ride in my blind spot for a while and never knew he was there. I seen him before he had to move but only because I turn my head and look. I hope manufacturers will start having 2 horns or a loud single horn on bikes in the future.
Turning your head to check your blind spot should be standard procedure every single time you turn.
As a motorcyclist, I’m watching this video precisely because people don’t check, and I feel forced to upgrade my horn, which wouldn’t be necessary if drivers consistently checked their blind spot. Drive safe!
Will this work on a 6v 1983 yamaha RX50?
Can this be wired into an mo.unit blue?
What is the pitch or frequency of these horns?
Can it be put in the car?
Has anyone mounted the mini as an additional horn and left the OEM in place? If so, how did it sound? I have a Hex Ezcan so I can power something like a mini off of that.

Do we need a cansmart to install it on a BMW (the sound mob compact)
Should be able to install with the BMW horn adapter and the plug-n-play harness.
The CANsmart allows you to control 2 sets of lights , plus the horn and an LED brake light, or o5er combinations of up to 4 accessories.
CANsmart is the way to go if you are going to add more than the horn.
If just the horn, get the harness and the BMW adapter.

@@briangiven7399 they're the same design as the badboy electric over air horn, they have tremendous volume, and sound great, but the cast aluminum housing is very susceptible to corrosion and will seize up, at around the 1-year mark, give or take a month or two, I bought 2, and both failed in less than years time, I want another one for each of my bikes, but first I got to figure out how to keep moisture out of them, to greatly extend the life of the horns "/
