I would just like to say that is not fat floating around that is from the onion soup mix xo
1.5 kg chicken legs with skin removed
1 packet french onion soup mix sprinkled over
425ml can apricot nectar or 2 cups pour over mix a little
bake 40 mins with lid on
take out remove lid and bake a further 30 to 40 mins depending on size of chicken
allow to cool will thicken sauce a little
if you have a bigger dish you will have less juice and it will be thicker again
serves 4 to 5
