Amazing to think that the Genesis album Phil mentions near the end of the interview ended up being the great invisible touch album released in June of that year

yes it was, and at that time we were all unaware of just how awesome Invisible Touch would be, I still have the CD to this day....

Amazing that Phil could juggle between Genesis and solo albums. My brother, mom and I were fortunate enough to see him perform onstage in Philadelphia, TWICE. The first time we saw him was as a solo artist during the 1990 Serious Tour at the Spectrum. The second time we saw him was with Genesis during December 2021 for "The Last Domino?" Tour at the Wells Fargo Center. I guess it's safe to say that he sure put the "Phil" in "Philadelphia".
