    Whenever I want to make any special dish or veriaty of dish I just type dish name with hebbar kitchen.your recepies are really easy to make .I like very much the way you show how to make them.

    I just cooked this the exact way it was shown and uh no this method of first putting the masala on onion and tomatoes and then putting the chana then the pressure cooker takes way too long, it takes more than 8 whistles even if the chana are soaked overnight plus all the masala evaporated after putting the three cups of water so I had to keep putting more masala , I could just taste plain chana after the eight whistles
    It’s best to first cook the chana in the cooker plain and then put the veggies and masala

    Your cooking style for most of the curries remain same.
    I mean starting one minute in most of the video basic process is same.. That seems taste will be same for almost every curry recipe..

    It is possible that a beginner in cooking may not know that the pressure has to subside before opening the cooker. It would be safer if you could mention in all your pressure cooker recipe videos about how and when the cooker can be opened. We should not assume that everyone may know what we know.
