Depends on your choice. If you want a really powerful build, i would recommend you to go with rtx 4090 and a Ryzen 9 7950x3d. But if you want it to be more budget friendly, i can say that you can pair a 7900xtx gpu and a Ryzen 7 7800x3d cpu. And for ray tracing dlss reflex and stuff, you can also choose RTX 4080 Super for that price. But in raw performance you should go with 7900xtx.
