James was funny when he reminded Mom that he was a baby when they had ducks. Silas is always quietly helping. And Jeremiah, hang in there with the tooth spacer. Looks like you’re handling it well. Julie, glad you can get around more, but it’s good that you’re not overdoing! Jason always has projects and Lydia is helping out. Wow! Really growing up! You'll have plenty of time to catch up later You and Jason are such good parents. And those precious children are the proof of that. May the Lord bless each of you and hold yall in his hands. More money then time... I learned from another youtuber: when you are short on time you trade your money for time (you pay for services that will save you time, going out to eat, premade things, etc.) And when you are short on money, you trade your time for money (making things from scratch, doing your own repairs, etc.)

I do have one more question. How do you know if the mulch has not been treated - the trees sprayed before they were cut and chipped?
Not critiquing - just wondering if they had the potential of chemicals being placed on the garden. I had friends who put down newspapers - even cardboard could have the potential for leeching chemicals.
I do like the idea. I spent many hours on my hands and knees pulling weeds in my day - especially from to thin them when they start popping out of the ground.
