This format is amazing, length wise I think it’s class doing 15 games. It remains entertaining the whole way through and as much as 1s content is amazing, sometimes it’s nice to switch it up like this

Love this style, it also helps eliminate the "video length" issue that's exists with RUclips spoiling the outcome of a series. With this format the length of the video doesn't matter as much, you would still almost have to watch until the end to see the outcome. Johnny is my favorite RL context creator, always creative and amazing at what he does! P.S. Wasn't a huge fan of the fast-forwarding part. I would've rather watched the game without the commentary at normal speed but that's just me

Fastforwarding until a play that ends up in a goal removes that excitement and uncertainty. When it slows down, I already know a goal is coming. There had been quite a few plays in fast forward that could have been a goal too.

I love how smart it was from exotik to leave the boost voor vatira at 56:06. As its better for vatira to take the 100 boost since he had 0, exotik has 33 boost from the respawn. It was either vatira 100& exotik 33 or exotik 100 and vatira 0. Such a smart play

to me exotic might be the best 2v2 french player, he is really an all rounder, with a very easy game to read for his teammate. Great rotation, rarely over-extend, deadly shots , great vision, perfect challenges ... he is probably not an offensive powerhouse as he rarely make aerials play to beat everybody but give him a tiny space and you can be sure he'll score. To me alpha his the worst of this 5 guys, even in 3v3 he is the exact opposite of exotic i always feel like his teammate cant figure out what he is gonna do and how to play with him. He is a great player with monstrous mechs and i think he could be one off the best 1v1 player but every time I see him play he always feels off when it's in 2v2 it feels like its a 1+1 vs 2 if you see what i mean . I think the overall rhythm/momentum you can build through the game is really important and exotic always succeed to put more and more pressure has the game goes on and i feel like it's the opposite for alpha. ( full respect, no offense, they are all fantastic players)

Watched the full thing. This was a fascinating watch, it was fun to see the players ebb and flow through the 14+1 games. Alpha started off weak, but his play got a lot better by game 7 where him and exotiik just had godlike defense and teamwork. Monkey moon seemed to dip a little in the middle with some misplays and missed opportunities, but started and finished extremely strong. I thought Zen/MM would be a god-tier team, but I don't think they won any(?) Really fascinating, I think maybe Zen wasn't sure how to play off MM and MM was having trouble predicting Zen's decisions. Great play and endurance all around.
1. In this format, the camera should def be on 1 player each round. The cam switching frequently is quite distracting when trying to focus on the game and it detaches from each players' true pacing and style. but thank u for bringing a 2s format like this into the picture in the rocket league community.
