I love Will Rogers, and if some our offensive lineman had stayed and where we had Deboer here still and last years system in place I would love Will. But from like the WSU game, I saw what was going to happen to this team. This team needs a shot of Demond. We can win if we use Demond. Only got limited words to use as I do not want to write a book. But we will probably get beat.
I am rooting for a win though.

Rogers goes through a lot of reads pretty fast and still gets the ball out. With Demond you get one read and then he's going to run, mostly around the edge. It fools a defense once or twice but then they edge contain and run him to the sidelines for no gain or even a loss. It becomes a lot more difficult to use all of our pass weapons. He will get faster and better with his reads. He's already massively improved since the purple and gold. My issue with Rogers is that it feels like he nearly always scrambles right and Fisch's no come back routes kills us. No one comes back to the ball so Rogers is scrambling for his life out of bounds. They could help him with play design to have better check downs and WR's coming back to the ball when plays break down. Coleman is our top weapon. Why not run some Wildcat with him? Gaskin was a monster in the Wildcat and Coleman has the same jump cut find the open hole skill set.

@mbo7613 Demond would have his reads down pretty there after a while in the pocket. Give him him a few games in there. He is a smart going young man, after about a full season, we will not have to worry about the growth turn around next year as much.

Now you all are talking like me. They all eventually do. 31-17, as considering they knew what they were doing. Our offense looked confused as even when it was doing well, which is normal for the season. The defense has looked good. Demond Williams should be playing. I am glad you agree with me.

Our line needs to know what to do and not have to think about it.

5:40 i don't agree. not 💯% correct imo. the "poor circumstance" imo is play calling in 3rd and 4th down situations. i don't agree with the "groupthink" on WR.
If DW had that 4th down play he would have had a much higher chance to get hurt he would have had and a much higher chance to fumble as he has before.
DW is super athletic but he is still a total freshman and his frame is still fragile imo ... he needs to pick up another 8-15 pounds and much more experience.
WR is being a bit disrespected by some of these comments in the video imo. i have way more of an issue with play calling than WR play.
i'd like to see two backs in key 3rd and 4th down situations, more screens, and more possibly of an air raid option with our big receivers. Give WR more options to pass ... we have the receivers all over.
