This might be a bit irrelevant or dumb question, but I was wondering, for every workout week I do, do I change the exercises every week or keep the same ones and increase the difficulty on them?

Hello Joanna love your channel but please ask RUclips not to insert the adverts while in the middle of a pose as these might cause injuries (imagine a couple of adverts popping out while doing the three-legged dog). Thank you.

I was so excited to do this but in yoga your instructions need to be very clear because we can't stop in the middle of the movement to see you and that part was little disappointing, I had to stop so many times in between to see what we are supposed to do. And on top of that, so many ads in between. Didn't really enjoy this one

@Joanna Soh Official Any specific workout for imbalance muscles. My left side is bigger and longer; my arm, breast, hip, thing and leg than the right but it is much weaker.
