I just realised how the many different apps Iˋm using hindering me getting in a flow and forcing me to already loosing energy to think wich one to use, e.g. Apple has checklists in reminders as well as in notes - by using both apps you’re already screwed. Also I finde so many App icon designs on the screen distracting - your setup makes so much sense to me and I can relate immediately. What I have to investigate now is using Notion with automation and integrations, e.g. that new orders from my business end up automatically in a list with orders. The list needs different views like open, delivery, open invoice and closed.
That’s not true actually. I’m a very busy person but I don’t take notes by hand because I have motor skills which affect my handwriting and make it barely legible, it’s quite tiring and painful for me to write a lot of notes that are legible so I type digital notes.
I'm using the same wallpaper as my lock screen, but I chose the color and adjusted it slightly to match the widget/dock color. You should get the idea of it if you go to the page where you customize your lock screen/home screen.
Interesting how you don’t use your iPhone as a phone. Where are your phone, WhatsApp and social media app? They are the main problem in every productivity systems. 😅 Overall great layout, I like it!
Love this very helpful but I’ve struggled with when using custom icons, when u change to dark mode, in your case won’t all the icons be white, like you set in light mode? Any tips for how to get custom icons to change when the focus mode changes to your sleep which you set for your dark mode?
You can invert the colour of the current icons and setup an alternative homescreen with dark icons. Then use the last tip I shared on changing homescreen with focus mode to change the homescreen during sleep mode.

The limitation now will be that we’re unable to change the dock icons. 😅
or just get a nothing phone and use their nothing icon pack :)
I do like the unique design of their software and hardware, though I might be a little too deep into the Apple ecosystem to consider it.
