being uneducated and panic buying during covid.... i have a horrible mix of brands, grains, and 223/556 mix up for my 10,000rd stash... im really mad about my idiocracy
Get you some analog scales and calipers.. but we're on the late side for that (kinda). Load all your mags, all of em, 2 less than capacity (I did this in the 80's with m1 carbine mags, I sold a loaded bag of m1 mags to a buddy in 2011, he shot em and said they all worked flawlessly, about 500 rds).. make sure your wife and kids are set up and confident with whatever defensive measures you expect em to use. Make sure your food and water is squared away. If you dont have "kit", prep up some duffle bags or back packs.
You need more support at the front edge of your shelves, a full length rail or a vertical post leg from the floor up with a metal angle to support ea. Shelf (angle bracket) Gods speed Brother.❤
Zeroed mine at 50 and still reloading the same projectiles, just switched I was training with my chest rig and got a battle belt setup with drop leg panel that I think I definitely like more still can carry a few mags and rifle lays more flat and tight with my ms4 two point sling
The battery talk is really important. My big metropolitan area had a nationally televised riot (BLM, the Cops, Obama). I couldnt find CR123 batteries for a couple of months. I avoid that battery designation in a lot of my gadget purchasing decisions. Alkaline batteries leak. Lithium as much as possible.
@@NavySooner Thanks. I've never shot at that distance, but I feel like any 5.56 round would be getting pretty light at 700. Might be a better job for .308

Im a simple man, I see sooner.. I subscribe 🤝

No problem I don't need to hear about food!!!
Is 55 grain 5.56 considered a short range ammo?
I wouldn’t take it out to 700 without a 20” barrel. It’s not that it’s short distance round, it’s just not the weight I would choose
