I needed this! I’m a Texas Realtor coming to DR in October, looking to get in where I fit in in real estate there. This episode gave a good intro as to what business is like there. I love how you ask all the right questions for us and you allow the guest to speak without interrupting. I’m addicted to this channel lol!

I hired him. He’s pricey. However I am disappointed with his service. He offered no legal advice. He assisted with ensuring a clean title for the property and helped to get a bank for me. He was not professional; was sarcastic and dismissive when speaking about my plan to finance my purchase. His staff is very professional and helpful. But he basically charged me $5k+ and handled my case on Saturdays.

But the last time I spoke with him was 3-4 wks ago and then he did not remember the facts about my property; made disparaging remarks. It was weird. I asked him why he did not include certain contingencies in my offer that would have protected me. We will be closing soon. I'm happy about that. Thanks, Your podcast and your guests are the best!!
