Tricky supply pipe renewals

This week is short but sweet, a couple of tricky supply pipe renewal jobs kept us on our toes.
We are in Knebworth providing 2 customers on a joint supply a full water pipe replacement into new 25mm MDPE blue poly. The customers had a huge leak on the supply which was causing a large loss of flow and they couldn't use water from 2 faucets without a drop in flow on either of them.
We then went to a very difficult 45 degree mole shot, from a front garden, into the public highway. We worked alongside the asset owner to relay this customers lead supply pipe. The supply had been tested and contained high traces of lead in the water, so the customer and the water board opted to relay the entire supply pipe and cap off the old existing one.
We deal with an array of construction-difficult tasks in order to replace or fix supply pipes and mains water pipes. We always keep the communication with our customer open and are fully transparent, our relationships are always great with the customer, and we provide an honest and cost-effective solution for any issues that arise.
