I did this, but I used a much more effective method. I discovered that the mages most powerful attack only cost my max sp so I leveled that like crazy until it was doing like 11T per hit and gave her the evility that lets her regain 5% of the damage she deals as sp now she’s doing massive damage each attack and the money’s coming in a lot faster. She does so much damage that all of her so is replenished like 8 times over.
Went into a counter attack mode with Zed as I found with evility setups he was doing 10 times the amount of damage on a counter attack vs a normal attack - and some of the evility slots on that build are cheaper. Tenacity has 2 slots and its best paired with Head to Head (3 slots) and Warrior Killer (1 slot) if using map 2-3.
is there any use to this strat if you're already in post-game? I imagine this method is solely for Drink Bar, but what exactly is the limit on upping your stats via DB in this game? does it bleed into the absurd Karma Points the game asks of you when you unlock the final(?) Rakusha reward?

@@Primalliquid92 Some of the extracts I got was from do9ng that, but the majority of them I actually got by training my 99 Prinnies in HP to push their HP over 100 million to get 5 million extracts from all of them. It was pretty easy to level them all from farming the assembly afterwards. Right now, I'm letting my game farm HL for me on stage 1-3. With my mage's damage now, im earning at least 500 million per run.

yea its way faster to just buy them, takes me 1 or 2 hits to earn enough to max all weapons for a character, if i was to level them by actually hitting would takes hours per weapon
Some analysis of evilities in your build, breaking them down to damage increased relative to slots taken up. Power Shot: 10%, clearly the weak link, as stated Duelist: 12.5% (50 / 4) half as good as ToV, so I'd recommend swapping which to keep if you only have room for one. Longhorn: 15% (30 / 2) Double Up: 16.66% (50 / 3) though worth noting it will make each turn take a little longer. Taste of Victory: 25% (100 / 4) I don't know many of the more exotic Evilities, but Aggression seems great at 75% for 3 slots, equal in efficiency to Taste of Victory. Red Power also looks quite good at 20% since you can guarantee the panel color. And assuming the ex-Hero counts as a Warrior, the Warrior Killer Evility would be the strongest by far at 50% for just one slot. Note: I did not take into account that some evilities might be better/worse, as some might not apply to counter-attacks. I simply don't know. Note 2: I don't know how these things stack. For instance, if you have 10 Evilities that each "increase stats by 10%" (under different circumstances, I'm sure, but the stars all align for the battle), do you have +100% stats? (Additive, 10% * 10) Or do you have +159.4%? (Multiplicative, 110% ^ 10). Presumably, Evilities with different effects (+damage as opposed to +stats) are multiplicative, but there are many ways to increase your damage, so I could imagine those being additive. In the case of being multiplicative, large Evilities would be somewhat less efficient (than stated in my above comparison), since it's basically a bunch of slots all-in-one, that are additive.

Hey primal, getting prinny class 5 on Zed. You literally just need to leave the game afk grinding a stage for a few days? Having no HL, MANA etc at start of the game I don't see the fastest way to get recycle skill other than jsut afk grind for hours on hours.
thats how i did it yes, i did stage 2-3 with auto battle and repeat battle turned on and left it over night, then i pass the hog all mana bill on zed. this gives enough money to buy prinny class 5 (if you dont get it naturally while grinding) and enough mana to spread it out across a huge amount of characters.
Also you don't need the full 100 prinnies to start, if you're struggling to get 500k mana. Even just 10 prinnies can double your mana gain per battle, which will then make adding more go faster.
And make sure to increase the difficulty at the cheat shop, just don't let the enemy get too far ahead of you in power. Checking in every now and then to update this as your team levels up is very helpful.
I do this on carnage with Beiko behind mao so he never dies, bit of a work around for having lower stats but you do what you gotta do, I just use bieko to heal him and when im ready to finish the map I just let her attack a few times(she misses a lot)
This farming method has been working out great for me butt just one quick question. How did you get enough juice bar exp to master all classes? Maybe I spent too much on squad levels but you need multiple millions for every class and I'm not sure how to do it
This is the most straightforward way. Just found out a way to increase it while farming reincarnation level. If you do hog all xp and then the war fund, you get around 4 million for hog all xp and then around 50 million for the war fund. My whole auto team have completed the class lvl 5 d-merit and have happy song.
I'm progressing through carnage right now and I had no idea that this evilty existed, needed to do another 50ish reincarnations to end up getting it and now HL problems are gone!
I don't know what you could switch out for them, but you could use Sharp Eye to increase crit rate by 5%, or Image Change to swap your HP and SP stats with your ATK and INT stats. If your hp and sp are higher than the other two in the demo. They each take two slots. EDIT: Never mind about Image Change, switches HP with SP and ATK with INT, so not as good as I thought. You could use the one that boosts stats by 10% if you have an Emblem equipped, forget the name of it.
Aggression, Red Power, and Warrior Killer would all do a lot more than those. Sharp Eye would be worse than any Primal equipped, if I'm not mistaken, given it's a 5% chance of +100% damage, or simply +5% damage on average.
reincarnation, mastering other classes, creating scrolls on other classes ect. the same way you get any evility in the game, and of course no wiki's will mention it lol its only a demo. they wont get updated until well after the full game comes out
Reincarnation, Handicap is one of the more common ones i've found, damage reward not so much. you can cheese it though, just do juice bar to give zed 101 mana and reincarnate him constantly without fighting, you dont need levels or anything. just keep reincarnating and you'll eventually get every evility in the game.
go into settings and put the game into performance mode, it doesnt look pretty but you stop noticing the quality pretty quickly and then the game runs alot better
*Awesome Guide!* sadly u did not say what this hard work u talking about is. namly reincarnating Zed 200 times. not only will it unlock the Evility's, it will also fully utilize his Main Evility to max +200% dmg boost.

No, not that im aware. i dont think negative damage has been a thing for a very very long time because game coding has become so much better and consoles now have ALOT more power than the ps2 did

Juice bar heavily relies on HL and alot of it, the juice bar can be used to raise stats, Weapon mastery, class master, mana, level(thought it's not worth using for leveling up) it is definitely a necessity for maxing out a characters stats in this game, you are right about other games tho, HL didn't get much of a purpose in 5 except for the evility Greedy disposition

How do you unlock the ability to "Master" a class? I can only get to 5 stars then the numbers go red and neither the Juice Bar nor battle will get me any further.
you need to jump behind the skill shop into the void and walk near the dimension guide for the suit in a hidden chest,taste of victory i think is a d-merit reward ? My guess its one that take time to clear such as lvl to 9999 Or its a evility that you can gain by super reincarnating(luck base)

Ok I am trying to grind out the simultaneous kill ally&enemy d-merits on zed but can't find a demonic intelligence build that can auto it. Help please!?
I thought ATK affected the normal attack damage of staff, did they change this in Disgaea 6? Even the stats help section mentions ATK being used for normal damage for weapon attacks.
Staff attacks have been based on INT since D4 iirc, D6 is for sure not the first one to do it anyway. ATK is the calculation used for all weapons EXCEPT staffs (since mages always have terrible attack it would be silly to base there damage on it)
My new biuld at 15 limit Damage reward Taste of victory Aggression This is all you need for max damage output since anything else is just wasted slots. I use my free slots for exp boost.
@@thermothrock I think you first need to complete all Land of Carnage and Laharl maps. Then, depending of which step (Carnage, Laharl maps) you've completed, you'll get, while super-reincarnating, unique Evilities either from Shura or the mighty one, which will cost 20M Karma Points. Oh, and you'll have to equip it.

why do you keep reloading your save?... if you dont get it just get another 101 mana on the character and reincarnate again. the more evilities you have the more likely you have to get the one you want because the pool is smaller

My question as well. It would be easy enough to just have a DI ally to defend until you are ready to end. Also do you have the ×4 speed unlocked? Because it looks like it's the same speed that I can get by turning everything off.
just bring another unit out of the base panel to kill the enemy, as for having units defend i dont suggest it, it wastes times for them to do the action and it slows down the auto battle, might not seem like alot but over the course of hours it really adds up, and yes its x4 speed
technically its not completely outdated, its still the best "starter" method as this one only becomes worthwhile after you get about 20-30 million in damage stat
I'd understand if this was done for PCs but having to lower the quality for a $60 full price game on a modern day console to work correctly is ridiculous. And so much of the strategy for this being "turn on auto battle and go to bed" just takes away my desire to PLAY the game. Really feels like NIS just didn't care on this one except to do a cash grab from their most hardcore fans.
the quality issue is fixed in the Full game (what are you expecting from a demo? usually a demo is a very early build which is buggy) and nobody is asking you to use auto (your choice how you play), auto is more intended for players who can't handle heavy grinding
honestly you dont even notice the quality when grinding, you tune it out. also like Rezzy has said, the demo is only based on vers 1.05 of the japanese vers and not 1.30 (there has been quite a few improvements in those patches)

Now you must get to 9999+ Didn't bother reincarnating before? Now the whole story is based arount it. Dunno, D6 makes me feel like i've been enjoying the franchise for the wrong reasons. I always was into it because of the humor, characters, stories and fun / challenging battles but so many ppl love to point out that the stories never matter, are only there as a tutorial and the only thing that matters is grinding high numbers so you can 1 shot all the battles in a few seconds
I mean disgaea has always been about the grind, the entire games are litarally built around the postgame, thats why no matter what you do your pretty much always going to end up "to strong" for the story. auto battle is just a system to take away the tedium of those 200+ hour grinds. if somebody played the other games in the series and didnt hit max level or bother with reincarnation there not going to do it in this game ether, the game isnt "built" around reincarnation. its just the gimick for the story this time around. you can easily complete the story of the game doing neither of them. but then your buying a game to play barely 5% of the content.
OH IT SCALES OFF OF DAMAGE? I actually had a similar idea; Damage Reward and Handicap, but I got 9 archers with normal attacks for mass Support Attack LOL Maybe that strategy has a different reason to use it tho?

You could, but it's probably faster to focus on HL farming, then paying for upgrades.

Are evilties random? I have the handicap but what's the best way to get HL evilty? Just cross fingers?

Max juice bar squad allows up to 30% mama and exp to be earned for juice bar and hacking exp to 150 and grinding on 2-3 = a couple thousand exp

Any reason why you build Zed in intelligence instead of attack?
staffs have a 1.4 damage multiplier while other weapons only have 0.8 which makes INT and Staffs by far the best

@@CurseOxuin in D5 there is a skill that heals instead of dealing dps. then there is a skill that lets you deal damage with heal skills.

Juice bar heavily relies on HL and alot of it, the juice bar can be used to raise stats, Weapon mastery, class master, mana, level(thought it's not worth using for leveling up) it is definitely a necessity for maxing out a characters stats in this game, you are right about other games tho, HL didn't get much of a purpose in 5 except for the evility Greedy disposition

@@treeman73272 I tried but there were none available for a time when I was financially stable, I was on a car accident so I haven been working and insurance doesn't really gives a clear answer about loss time wage since I am selfemploy not to mention the damn uninsured motorist is trying to settle with $500.00 which back in the day that scummy tactic would had work on me but no more I still don't know if I am going to have any long-term injuries which right now my right arm and leg get num and it sucks. @@minefish tbf it's because the full game will unlock a bunch of ways to get much stronger, by improving efficiency, raising caps, and adding/empowering parallel improvements (like equipment).

How do you unlock the ability to "Master" a class? I can only get to 5 stars then the numbers go red and neither the Juice Bar nor battle will get me any further.
red simply means you cant afford it, i takes about 280 million exp AND HL to max a class
I mastered other classes but my evility limit didn't go up. Do you need to master all of them for a boost of 6 cause my limit stayed at 12
Don't forget to accept the D-merit reward for mastering the classes, that's what increases your Evility slots.

you need to jump behind the skill shop into the void and walk near the dimension guide for the suit in a hidden chest,taste of victory i think is a d-merit reward ? My guess its one that take time to clear such as lvl to 9999 Or its a evility that you can gain by super reincarnating(luck base)

Ok I am trying to grind out the simultaneous kill ally&enemy d-merits on zed but can't find a demonic intelligence build that can auto it. Help please!?
do it manually, you can kill 7 teammates an enemy at once with him, or use magic in a 3x3 grid and kill 8 team mates at once, takes like 10 minutes

I thought ATK affected the normal attack damage of staff, did they change this in Disgaea 6? Even the stats help section mentions ATK being used for normal damage for weapon attacks.
Staff attacks have been based on INT since D4 iirc, D6 is for sure not the first one to do it anyway. ATK is the calculation used for all weapons EXCEPT staffs (since mages always have terrible attack it would be silly to base there damage on it)

Deploy another unit and kill him. Nothing stopping you from doing so.

@@thermothrock I think you first need to complete all Land of Carnage and Laharl maps. Then, depending of which step (Carnage, Laharl maps) you've completed, you'll get, while super-reincarnating, unique Evilities either from Shura or the mighty one, which will cost 20M Karma Points. Oh, and you'll have to equip it.

best way is to start from the first upload and work your way through them as the later they get the stronger you need to be

and ive tried reincarnating several timnes loading up my save file each time in case that evility isn't learned.
why do you keep reloading your save?... if you dont get it just get another 101 mana on the character and reincarnate again. the more evilities you have the more likely you have to get the one you want because the pool is smaller

Blood insanity is a good choice for an evility for this …when attacking a unit below 50% hp increase damage dealt by 50%

My question as well. It would be easy enough to just have a DI ally to defend until you are ready to end.
Also do you have the ×4 speed unlocked? Because it looks like it's the same speed that I can get by turning everything off.

just bring another unit out of the base panel to kill the enemy, as for having units defend i dont suggest it, it wastes times for them to do the action and it slows down the auto battle, might not seem like alot but over the course of hours it really adds up, and yes its x4 speed

technically its not completely outdated, its still the best "starter" method as this one only becomes worthwhile after you get about 20-30 million in damage stat

You get those evilities randomly through Super Reincarnation.
I'd understand if this was done for PCs but having to lower the quality for a $60 full price game on a modern day console to work correctly is ridiculous. And so much of the strategy for this being "turn on auto battle and go to bed" just takes away my desire to PLAY the game. Really feels like NIS just didn't care on this one except to do a cash grab from their most hardcore fans.
the quality issue is fixed in the Full game (what are you expecting from a demo? usually a demo is a very early build which is buggy) and nobody is asking you to use auto (your choice how you play), auto is more intended for players who can't handle heavy grinding
honestly you dont even notice the quality when grinding, you tune it out. also like Rezzy has said, the demo is only based on vers 1.05 of the japanese vers and not 1.30 (there has been quite a few improvements in those patches)
@@Primalliquid92 I know it's not mandatory to do it but at the same time this game feels like NIS is going out of their way to try and force the player. Never bothered max lvling before? Now you must get to 9999+ Didn't bother reincarnating before? Now the whole story is based arount it. Dunno, D6 makes me feel like i've been enjoying the franchise for the wrong reasons. I always was into it because of the humor, characters, stories and fun / challenging battles but so many ppl love to point out that the stories never matter, are only there as a tutorial and the only thing that matters is grinding high numbers so you can 1 shot all the battles in a few seconds
I mean disgaea has always been about the grind, the entire games are litarally built around the postgame, thats why no matter what you do your pretty much always going to end up "to strong" for the story. auto battle is just a system to take away the tedium of those 200+ hour grinds. if somebody played the other games in the series and didnt hit max level or bother with reincarnation there not going to do it in this game ether, the game isnt "built" around reincarnation. its just the gimick for the story this time around. you can easily complete the story of the game doing neither of them. but then your buying a game to play barely 5% of the content.

auto attacks take way to long with the whole team set up, much better to just pool your resources into 1 person
