I got a copy of the grid notebook and I cut 2 inch squares from Keely O’Brian’s book, Autumn Patterns and Papers. It is SO fun! I haven’t added anything else to the pages yet. For now, I’m enjoying the way they look. But I will probably add some fussy cuts at some point. Thank you so much for the idea. It really encouraged me to give glue booking a try.
My book is supposed to arrive tomorrow. I am not great with fussy cutting so not sure I have stuff to put in the squares. I have anxiety too - glad to hear that even just gluing the squares is relaxing. I really need it right now. I really like the little container you have your squares in.

Pirate/wine bottle is killing me. This is just such a brilliant way to use those tiny images and words that get lost on "normal" pages, as well as use up even more of the magazines--turn the shreds left after harvest into twinchie backgrounds! You don't need to add anything to many of them.
I love your glue books and ideas! Reminds me of my younger days of scrapbooking and cutting out from catalogs and magazines. I ordered the grid book and am excited to start gluing. Thank you for sll your great ideas😊
I live in the UK Nicole…and that caramel is very popular here. It is actually sold in a can called condensed milk. You have to boil the can for hours to make the caramel 😊 people make it with chocolate and shortbread and its called millionaire’s shortbread 😂
Love the pages you have made so far they are just so lovely and colourful.I love AHS always so creepy and fun, if you enjoy shows like that you should watch FROM it's so thrilling I'm always on the edge of my chair and yes I love old shows like The Munsters and The Addams Family too.

I, too, have an anxiety disorder and during my therapy, I discovered that the old shows I watch all the time, but especially at night, are because they do not bring anxiety. I am not waiting for the unknown ending or the music that starts to give me a warning that something is going to happen. It is in the background and I can sleep. Nighttime anxiety is real, now I plug in my ears and I'm out. I can't do music because first my foot starts moving, then my leg and then I just wanna DANCE! lol. I do Golden Girls on Fridays!!

I got my grid note book (same one you are using) and I made a 2inch square template and none of my squares are the same. UGH!!
That happened to me once but with fabric pieces, I was making a simple 9 patch quilt 😐
