  • A build video as I create a storage/work stand for my two kayaks. Total cost is about $100. The brand of foam blocks is not important. The NRS foam blocks have an opening in the bottom that allows attaching the block to the cross bar very easily. A pool noodle could also work but there's no V shape in the noodles and might need a bit of modifications/cutting to optimize.
    Materials :
30 feet of 1 inch PVC
    12 - 1 inch T
    8 - 1 inch 90 degree elbows
2 packages of foam blocks- total of 4

Although I didn't glue everything together in the video, it's a good idea and something I am going to do in the next couple of days.
Cut 12 pieces 18 inches long
Cut 8 pieces 7.75 inches long
    Put everything together
    Thanks for watching!

Well as far as the stands go. did you know there was a three-way PVC piece that makes corners .if you went looking through those boxes again you'd find it. you'd have two top rails which would make it significantly stiffer.
As far as a kayaks go they're beautiful. 😘 Love to see you put you're camping gear in one and go on an overnighter.
And as far as the Cobra goes I run an auto upholstery shop so totally not interested in cars. Thanks for the video keep up the hard work. 💯👍😄

Thank you! I did not know about the 3 way corner pieces and will definitely give that a try. Thank you so much for the suggestion and the compliment about the kayaks. They're as much fun as they are beautiful.
