But I am trying to go up in weight cause I am too skinny for my height I am 5,11 and 63 kg it’s impossible for me to keep an eye on losing fat while on the other hand I need to go up in calories I am way too lazy to lean bulk
1. Drop your body fat
2. Caloric deficit and strength training
3. Build muscle all over your body
4. Increase your testosterone - naturally
5. Chew gum and mewing - only cherry on top
6. Chin tucks and neck training
7. Fix your posture
Neck training makes face look better
Mewing is not real. It only teaches you to position your facial features.
It doesn’t make them sharper.
Im not going to gatekeep. To speedrun a chiseled jawline, you must drink twice the water you drink everyday, or the method I used, everytime you urinate, drink 1 glass of water. In the morning, wash your face with cold or ice water (cold water worked best for me) and apply any moisturizer you can find. (I use cerave face moisturizer). When going outside, use a SPF 55 sunscreen. Do not eat breakfast, instead alternate to drinking water mixed with chia seeds. You can mix water with chia seeds before going to bed so they can get bigger in the water. If you don't have chia seeds, just mix your water with pink salt for the morning energy. Make sure to exercise as well, any full body excercise would work as long as it targets the whole body such as jumping jacks. (I do burpees) Eat less fatty foods, lower carbs like rice or bread and eat more protein (fish, eggs, chicken breast). Make sure to be consistent every single day.
There is jawline filler available if you lost all the weight and still don’t have a defined jawline. That’s last option of course.

I was skinny and had a bad facial structure. But when i started mewing that worked upswing my facial structure. It's not placebo it works. Been doing it for 4 years. I breathe better as well.
For arguments sake will go with what you’ve told us. Even then mewing stops you from mouth breathing and has an instantaneous effect on the jaw by moving it forward.

I always thought 155lbs was a good healthy weight for me and even though it is it doesn't mean I will have a slim face . When i went down to 145 my cheeks were not puffy and my face slimmed down a lot! Its crazy how much 10 pounds can change your facial appearance 😊

okay so, question, does having a lot of buccal fat genetic impact your ability to have a chiseled jawline? i feel like idk, i’ve never been fat or chubby, but my cheeks have been round and idk, how to get rid of it, but also, is it only visible if you have abs? my abs aren’t super visible like a body builder but i do see them, but my face shape has remained the same since my fitness journey of gaining weight as a skinny person. and i’m not tryna do buccal fat surgery either. anyone deal with this? help pls.

Don’t lie down on your chin.
It’s usually different for everyone. Some people don’t have a lot of facial fat compared to body, while others have more.
But just losing Body Fat in general would significantly help you.
My weight fluctuates a bit between Summer and Winters. I’m the latter I tend to put on some weight because I just enjoy eating hot food. We tend to consume more food and calories in winter.
So I have a sharper face in Summers. But being consistent is key. I’m trying to change this habit.

Yes of course,obviously i don't think mewing works,but working out and losing fat works no matter the age.
