They just have the depth and when they don't they are going n getting the right guy through trade, through free agents, off theirs and others practice squad. Also im glad for Jack Campbell. He's stepped up in leading this defense n he's playing his butt off in coverage over the middle. McNeil and Reader are stuffing the run and the safeties are helping the thinned out cb group. Everyone on this team plays team ball. Nobody is trying to shine alone

Getting a ton of yards doesn't mean much when you don't take care of the football. Lions had their players more ready to play in an environment that should have gave the packers an advantage. Situation matters more than everything and all yards are not created equal. I value 250 yards of offense taking care of the ball in the rain and mud and scoring in the redzone more than 400 yards and turning the ball over all the time considering most of those yards were gained down 24-3. Situation is more important than anything else. The score was 24-6 with less than 5 minutes left. Green Bay showed they weren't ready for primetime and they folded. Lions had the ball in the redzone and could have scored a touchdown to make the score 30-14 but chose to run the clock out which actually controverts the narrative that all they do is run the score up lol
